Pilot the MOLE, a monstrous post-war drilling machine built to descend deep below the Slavic soil. Fix failing systems, follow voices of the dead, and pray you can survive whatever is sharing your coffin. Will the vessel or your mind break first?

About
MOLE is a psychological horror experience with tactile simulation elements about madness, faith, and the depths we choose to dig. You are the Navigator aboard a deep-bore vessel, a colossal drilling machine. But the crew is gone. The vessel is silent. And the Signal won’t stop calling.
Spiral into your own history as fragments of your memory surface with choices that refuse to stay buried. Interact with the vessel's complex systems, solve diegetic puzzles, and unravel the mystery behind your missing crew.
Keep the vessel alive as you descend into impossible depths at the cost of your sanity eroding.

goateed game 10\10
Three hours, no filler, and it earns every one of them. Puzzles are interesting without being busywork, the horror keeps you on edge instead of relying on jump scares, and the story pulls you along wanting to know what's actually happening. It gets confusing in the middle, but the ending ties it together and makes the confusion feel deliberate rather than sloppy. Only downside: no ultrawide support, black bars on a 32:9 and it doesn't render at native res. I built a mod with AI that fixes both. Happy to share it. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've never been into single player story games but this caught my eye and i tried it and I've never been in such awe because of a game before. I have even started telling people about this game because of how good it is.
Sort of like Solaris but underground, boasts a very well crafted story. Claustrophobic cassette-futurist drilling vessel set in a fictional post(?)-Soviet country. Minimal instructions or HUD and incredibly tactile gameplay which requires you to learn various operating procedures to ensure the mission is a success. Does a very good job smoothly transitioning between the drill, memories and hallucinations, never feels forced. The game is quite outstanding, worth full price imo, especially if you like other dreary sci-fi experiences such as Iron Lung, Mouthwashing or games by Mike Klubnika (though this game really stands on it's own two feet). ~3hrs long
Made me cry, nearly ♥♥♥♥ myself, and cry again. Repeat process over and over again. Great game!
This game is a good mix of simulation and linear horror story. It does far more to deliver the story and emotion than most games in this genre. It has good scares and puts plenty of time in build up and release. It is worth the price.
Excellent psychological horror game. No hiding from monsters here.
amazing
i love digging
