I'm going to give this a positive review, because overall I had a great time. There is enough things here done really well. That the few things I don't like aren't dragging it down enough into a negative review. It's short and sweet. The presentation is incredible. The art direction is going for a very specific style and is nailing it. The writing is solid. Not mind blowing but certainly caring a lot of charm that won me over. Linda, your partner, is incredible. The voice acted dialogue you have with her in the car each morning shows off Tarantino-esque quality. Way better than I was expecting for the scope of the game. The fat she is twice the height of everyone because she also carries all the possible items. And the max number of items is enough that the trench coat UI that stores it must be big enough that she needs to be that tall. And no character ever addresses this. It got me. Alright, so now for the negative. I managed to get the good end on the first run. However, I can easily foresee how someone could have a really bad time with this game. It feels as if it is mandatory to do multiple runs to see everything. You have 7 hours each day to investigate everything and everyone in the street. But each click costs you time. And it isn't clear where to go to first or what is important or not important. Plus the state of the world changes from day to day. So it would be so easy to miss crucial pieces of information. You have 7 hours each day, but it feels like there is 21 hours worth of things to investigate and people to talk to. And that fight against the time did not feel good. The idea that the game is suppose to have multiple runs is clear when you finish and it tells you about skipping days and dialogue and spits you straight into the next run without diverting to the main menu first. Overall a great lil game. But if you like taking your time and really checking over every nook and cranny. And don't like doing so against a brutal timer. Then maybe skip this.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pretty challenging to find the true culprit. Spent too much time snooping around lel can't help it
Good detective game utilizing a time limit to discourage you from simply checking every little thing so you are encouraged to follow leads and go about the investigation more methodically to get the most relevant clues (thought you can simply replay the game as well and remember where the good stuff was). Seemed like there was almost too much to go through as there were many bits that I found I missed when I looked up more stuff after I was done, but I guess thats just allowing you different ways to get to the truth.
This looks like my kind of game, however I think it's too flawed to recommend as a detective game. The idea is sound: explore areas in a neighbourhood, question different characters, and try to work out who did it. But there are problems... Firstly, the mindsurf minigame is just tedious. It's also not super intuitive, and it is pretty jarring when compared to the rest of the game. Yes, you can disable the mindsurf minigame to make it automatic, but what it doesn't tell you is that it changes it to be stat-driven, so you need to have a certain level of mind bullets (or whatever they are called) to mindsurf a character. And it doesn't tell you the mind bullet requirements before you try, so unless I'm wrong, you just end up losing a bunch of detective time. Secondly, there are loads of things to interact with and explore to find clues, but there's not enough time to look at everything - of course this is how the game is designed, and this would be fine, if there was some way to determine where the important stuff is. While you can just go on another run to make sure you look at everything, the game doesn't keep track of the things you already looked at, so unless you have a very strong memory or have been making notes, good luck. Honestly, if the game actually left everything I'd looked at as already explored on the next run, I'd probably have persevered and finished the game. It's mad because the game does remember who you've mindsurfed, but you don't have any of the clues you found, and if you've forgotten where you found something, tough luck. For me, the first of these problems I can overlook, but the second just killed the game for me. It's a shame because the art style is kinda cool, and the characters and their internal thoughts are fun (and sometimes very dark) but this just didn't gel for me. An option that could have saved the game for me would have been to allow a mode with a lot more time - enough to explore whatever you like within a single run. Maybe infinite time but force the user to progress a day at certain checkpoints? Maybe it's my OCD but I just wanted to explore everything or have some logic to what was important and what wasn't.
Corto pero muy entretenido
Great sound design, fun addictive narrative!
Great story with good music and fun mechanics. The story is a little short(like our hero) and left me wanting more. Here's hoping for a Mindcop 2!
