Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Thumbs down. This game has an interesting gimmick, but that’s not enough to overcome the negatives. The gimmick is that the hidden object scenes are not limited to 2D. The perspective can be shifted slightly, giving a 3D appearance. Some objects only appear if you look at the correct angle. Unfortunately, this was pretty much the only positive aspect about this game. Here are the negative aspects. Some hidden objects were not hidden fairly and are almost entirely hidden no matter which angle you look at. Other hidden objects were recognizable, but the game has glitches such that it sometimes took a few mouse clicks to register a hit. The mini-games include the same old types of puzzles that have been repeated ad nauseum, sliding puzzles and the towers of Hanoi. Finally, this game doesn’t have achievements or trading cards.

no... you can hardly see a lot of the objects. The only way to play the game would be to use hints a lot rather than just being able to work through it.
Follow our Curator Group for more reviews
Mind's Eye: Secrets of the Forgotten is a hidden object game that has aged horribly. In a genre that is notorious for every game playing the same, Mind's Eye does almost nothing unique. There are a few puzzles that are interesting enough, but the story and object finding are mind-numbingly generic. Maybe it will appeal to die-hard fans of the genre, but for someone that only enjoys the higher quality hidden object games, it was a chore. The story is bland and full of boring genre tropes. The graphics are rough and there are many graphical glitches to go along with it. Overall, even for HOG fans, this isn't worth your time. 2/10
Visit our website for more in-depth reviews and recommendations
extremely short (a bit more than one hour) and below average game. i had one bug where i couldn't progress and had to reset the chapter. despite being released in 2010 no need for a detailed review this game is just not worth it.
I could only recommend it to the true HOG fanatic, and even then I would suggest to look elsewhere. The age of this game clearly shows: the biggest issue of course being the grainy images, which makes finding items in HOG screens a chore. As far as content goes, the game consists of 4 'acts' that each consist of a number of Hog screens chained together, with a few puzzles in between to keep things fresh. In my opinion, the story was subpar at best, with some pretty significant logic flaws. To name but one,
Apparently, the Mnemosyne triplets are capable of giving a show despite being dead, as you find out later. If you might counter that the entire crowd fell under mass hypnosis in order to believe they saw these three sisters, then how did the antagonist make this happen, seeing as how he needed a chair and experiments for a long time in order to erase all the memories?
Furthermore, some 'logic' is introduced that makes no sense at all, but you just have to assume it's true: My main irk in that regard being a random remark made by the antagonist near the end,
About losing his immortality. But how does being able to control a mind make the antagonist immortal?
So even taking the age of this game into account, contentwise it also falls short of what constitutes a good game. Get your HoG fix elsewhere, people.
As far has hidden objects go I would give this a C+ maybe a B-. This is almost entirely a hidden object game but the objects are very specific from scene to scene. Some don't select very easily and others need you to have a very specific camera angle. Over all the game is good but very short and the graphics are rather poor. Cinematics are alright and if you care about the story they fill in some blanks. The graphics of each scene are a bit grainy making it difficult to identify some items. This game has absolutely zero options to improve graphic quality in its menus, though maybe over sampling in graphics card control panels would help a bit. I had to turn off the custom mouse cursor as it kept having graphical issues (thankfully this is one of the only options aside from music volume). In general the game is just short and not very replayable. Mostly because it is a very linear and objects to find never change. At least half of the time steam recorded me playing was spent trying to improve graphics or with the game on pause while I forgot about it for a couple hours. The few puzzles it has are easy and sadly many are more process of elimination rather than logic. It was alright for the brief time I played it but can't recommend it unless it is on sale for less than a dollar and you are prepared for maybe only an hour or two of actual game play with poor graphics and clicking on some objects 10 times before they register.
