Midnight Fury

Начну с того, что игра мне досталась бесплатно. За что спасибо сообществу Retrowave Touch. Так что моё мнение будет чуть более лояльным, чем купи я этот проект – что уж там скрывать. И второй момент: продукт находится в раннем доступе. Что тоже стоит учитывать. Плюсы: - Затягивающий гемплей. Сама по себе игрушка напоминает Хдругих аналогов на ум не приходит) Kung Fury. На главного героя с двух сторон идут волны зомби и мы отбиваемся от оных. Через какое-то время приезжает автомобиль и сбивает всех недобитых (пардон за тавтологию). Вроде всё просто, но тут решает прокачка. Мы усовершенствуем кресло (герой – ограниченный в возможностях человек и ездит на инвалидном кресле). Прокачиваем оружейные перки и помощников. Очень интересно открывать всё новые и новые возможности персонажа. - Отсылки. Очень много аллюзий и откровенного копирования контента, который мил сердцу скуфа. Боевики и фантастика 80-х и 90-х, музыка (и не только ретровейв). К примеру, надпись после проигрыша стилизована под логотиа Iron Maiden. Среди помощников есть Робокоп, Джон Макклейн из «Крепкого орешка» и т.д. А на аренах висят узнаваемые плакаты и много элементов из эпохи VHS (статуи чужих на первой арене и т.д.). - Звуковые эффекты и музыка выше всяких похвал. - Приятная пиксельная графика, ретровейв стилистика в оформлении экранов и т.д. Минусы: - Адаптация. На данный момент игра плохо выверена и, учитывая её нетребовательную графическую составляющую, несколько тормозит. Как наплыв массовый зомби – начинаются фризы. Надеюсь, что в финальной версии поправят. Пока что мой вердикт: игра стоит внимания. Особенно любителей эпохи 80-х и 90-х.

The idea of having a post-apocalyptic TV show is quite interesting. Game play is fun, at first aiming was a bit challenging but once you get use to it, it becomes addictive. There are three different levels of difficulty so you can start off easy. I really liked the graphics, the atmosphere and little details on the background. I would recommend it if you like pixel graphics and want to go back to 80s and headshot chain some zombies!

First i would like to thanks a lot for letting me be a beta tester for this game. And now i wanna break my legs and be like max cobra, gameplay 9/10 (sometimes it can be hard to aim while flying)(maybe thats becuz i kinda suck) Graphics 8/8 (now my whole life is retro) Musics/soundtracks 20/20 genius tracks and thinking that only one guy did all these are taking extra points from me so, keep up the good work. Love to see more of your games and of course more updates on midnight fury

I see a game with neon, retro style and synth music. I play it. And the music tracks here are impressive. Probably the best part of the game. Put them on Spotify, please. I wanna hear them in my car while driving to the sunset. Here is a simple story. We are a former Vietnam vet who went back from the war in a wheelchair. But many soldiers turned into zombies, and we have to kill 'em on the streets of a post apocalyptic city. Gameplay represents rogue lite where we fight on arenas. After each death we can buy upgrades to the wheelchair, new guns and help of NPC partners. And here we get a lot of Easter eggs to the famous action movies of 80s. That's a good game for one evening, for now. Because it's short (just few levels, because the game is still in early access) and after unlocking all upgrades in the first scene, it becomes very simple. Definitely a big problem with the balance. Anyway, I will wait for new updates.

Retro tarzdaki muhteşem grafikleri ve ilgi çekici müzikleri ile birlikte oyun sizi içine çekmeyi başarıyor. Zamanın farkına varmadan zombileri parçalarken buluyorsunuz kendinizi. Oyun halihazırda kendisini oynatabilecek düzeydeyken, yeni çıkacak güncellemeler ile birlikte daha uzun saatler de harcatabilecek tarzda duruyor. OYNAYIN OYNATIN!!!!!

Not my kind of game, but with more content and better balancing it could be quite fun. Bought it to support the dev for his work on PixageFX.

I wanted to love this game - loved the audio - loved the concept (as someone who is in wheelchair), However I felt the game was overall lacking from what I was able to get in. I tested things out on easy - and as a disabled person - struggled to not suck lol, with that said - I wanted to keep trying, but just didnt get better. The shooting aiming was a bit wonky for me (MS/shaky hands). Lots of upgrades to explore, but the game is missing depth.
