Short and fun little retro game about an AI takeover in a factory, much like the Portal series. You play as a sentient robot, traversing the factory whilst trying to survive and hopefully, escape. Battle enemies with quick-time events that require you to hit a button when you are hovering over a white zone, otherwise you'll take damage, do this a number of times without fail and you'll defeat the enemy, otherwise you'll only temporarily knock it out. If battling is not your style, you can always just run, but be warned, you'll spend energy to do so. Energy is accumulated through collectibles, sometimes dropped by enemies, and for beating stages in less than a specified time. You can lose it via traps or just straight up being hit by enemies when you miss the white area. I really find this style of combat to be enjoyable and unique, but it can get repetitive very quickly. I really love the colour palette and graphics used, it really gives off the retro feel that I so very much love. The game isn't all too long, should take around 30 minutes, and for what it's worth being a free game, I definitely recommend it.

sad someone downed this because of CGA graphics, i mean the description says it was basically like a contest to make a game in CGA, and it is free, like there was no need for negativity, the game was really fun and CGA was all there was when i was a kid, i for one would love to see small CGA and EGA games make a comback, i love it, sometimes less is more
rewarding to complete and only took me 3 tries to get the perfect one
BEAT THE MAINFRAME, BEAT THE ODDS IN ALL THEIR D.O.S FASHION
PROS:

It's free, so no many to waste
It's short, most of my time in the game is troubleshooting for YT, i got 100% in less than 2 hours
The old DOS style is appriciated (not a lot of games choose the ancient palette of magenta-cyan-black-white)
The music is good, nothing amazing, but it fits
Easy to 100%
CONS:

The controllers have a delay, which in a puzzle game of reflects is a HUGE and important thing to nail on
The puzzle in itself is not well excecuted
it is about to fit the "
I
" in the white part of the bar, but the I is too thick an it needs fit the entierety in the white part, and adding the background of the bar is also black
, it's more of a guess than actual ability.
FINAL SCORE: [ (5*2) -2 = 8/10 So why i'm giving it a thumbs down? Because were it fails is in the main part of the game, it's mostly puzzles and those needs to be really precise if is so essentia (Like in others games you can actually edit the delay or ar less), ALSO because if the dev could read it, it could help him to make betters games in the future, is was good, and like i said, the style is quite unique. Maybe if he reads it i would change it to a thumbs up.
