About
You and your friends are test subjects sent by the Dastardly Intelligence Hub into the depths of Subject "The Maze", the creation of the horrifying creature Maze Creep... an extremely intelligent predator who can hear, track your movement, and even check hiding places.
Maze Creep!! is a stealth-focused satire of the horror genre, unafraid to exaggerate horror tropes to their most ridiculous extremes. Descend through an infinite series of procedurally generated mazes, scavenging resources while trying to find the central exit. Meanwhile, you are being hunted by Maze Creep, as well as 40+ additional monsters that get worse the deeper you push.
Search each procedurally generated maze for doubloons to use in the shop, equipment to aid in navigation and escape deadly situations, and to find the exit to progress deeper. As you descend, stranger environments and more dangerous hazards will begin to appear. Tight spaces, aged locations, baffling things that seem like a joke, even casinos await.
Evade (sometimes) intelligent enemies which do not cheat to find you (unless they do), which can be tricked but not fought (unless they can). The game has a focus on stealth over confrontation against most enemies that create joint threats with one another that must be solved using your items, wits, and the environment. Most enemies are entirely organic, wandering the maze with zero knowledge of where players are, forced to find you through sight and sound.
Maze Creep can hear you sprint, jump, even speak, from any distance. Many other enemies can utilize hearing as well. Utilize stealth and speak softly to evade detection. If you can't, enjoy an infinite stamina pool, you'll need it.

Hi, hey and hellllooo~! This game is super fun with friends! The chaotic nature of the entities you run into will genuinely create some crazy interactions and overall was quite enjoyable. The further down you progress into the depths- the more chaotic the entities became and overall the more laughs I had while actively running around like a headless chicken. Most of the entities are either a visual, or audio based- and with the amount of yapping I was doing, I was practically dead fist nearly every game we played given my play style with other similar party games dependent on entity horror. The difficulty scale definitely felt pretty strong given the depth we WERE on and at the time however. It felt there was not nearly enough items that would spawn on the depth to combat the entities proportionally. We eventually would get cornered or outright cut off by a separate entity (the little red guys?) that had practically an instant attack as long as you merely grazed them. It had however felt that there wasn't enough proportional time to react to plan either a counter measure or just outright run given some entities know where you're at- at all times. Which this is fine! It just felt like the scaling was very parabolic rather than linear based. Just make sure to lower volume down in some aspects as some entities will genuinely blow your ear drums out if not careful, or if you are defaulting to a louder system volume. Game was super fun, would definitely recommend to play in a group session for the laughs and overall scares!
Hey all this is my honest opinions about the game I did get a few keys but I've also given my feedback to developer. Overall great game and concept, if you are looking for a game to play with mates every once in a while it is amazing the horror aspect is great and endless fun with your mates. The monsters are very different and very interesting and it feels like you are playing a horror pac-man. The shop, casino and levels between the other mazes are really cool. Before I say this the game has just came out and the developer is working to fix the issues: I've played for 15 hours and I've seen a lot however I think most people will struggle to get past depth 5 due to the games difficulty if you want to play it how it is intended. There is easier mode and a custom mode to support your needs to test things out. But I know as a player most people just want to load up and play the base game. which sometimes can be repetitive as you just cannot beat a level as monsters can be to hard. It is still an amazing game and more people need to try it out. I am a streamer and theres some settings which help a lot like player bans, kick and voice slider. If you like a game that is horror and great with mates pick it up. you won't regret it!
There's so much content, fun to play occasionally
