Cool to play with friends.
Added way to much visual noise, makes matches draining at times.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ "The ultimate 'rebound relationship' after your ex-game broke your heart. 10/10. "Pros: It actually launched with $6\text{v}6$.No corporate executives promising you a ground-breaking story mode for three years, only to delete it and ask you for $\$20$ for a battle pass skin. You can play as Iron Man and shoot a massive, screen-melting laser at a giant green dinosaur. Cons: The visual clutter is so intense that during a team fight, your monitor looks like a glitter bomb detonated inside a neon sign factory. The "Team-Up" passive abilities mean if your teammate doesn't pick Rocket Raccoon to ride on your back as Groot, you are legally allowed to throw a tantrum.NetEase is currently feeding us so much free stuff that I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.Review:Let’s be honest: we didn’t all buy tickets to the Marvel Rivals train because we’re die-hard comic book fans. We did it because we were refugees. We spent years getting emotionally gaslit by Blizzard. They took away our beloved $6\text{v}6$, promised us a glorious PvE story mode with talent trees, held our hand, looked us in the eyes... and then cancelled it to sell us a $20$ skin of a character wearing a cardboard box. We were hurt. We were angry.Enter Marvel Rivals. It walked up, threw a massive $6\text{v}6$ roster at our feet, and whispered, "Hey baby, I’ve got destructible environments and zero role queue queues. Come play." And we ran into its arms so fast we got whiplash. The game is a glorious, unhinged playground. It didn’t even try to hide the plagiarism, which is honestly respectably bold. They took the Overwatch roster, slapped a coat of Marvel paint on them, and turned the dial to 11:Black Widow is literally Widowmaker, but she gets to grapple around like she's in an action movie. Black Panther is what happens if Genji and Doomfist had a baby that drank too much Red Bull.Iron Man is Pharah, except he actually gets to feel like a flying weapon of mass destruction instead of a skeet-shooting target. Is it balanced? Absolutely not. Fights don’t have "pacing"; they are just twelve people screaming, throwing entire skyscrapers at each other, and popping Ultimates that cover 90% of your screen in flashing red particle effects. You will die, and you won’t even know what character killed you because the visual clutter is so dense you'll think your GPU is dying. But you know what? We’re actually having fun again. Even when we lose, we aren't filled with the deep, existential dread of knowing we wasted a decade of our lives waiting for a PvE mode that was never coming. It might be chaotic, and the competitive mode might make your brain bleed, but at least our new corporate overlord actually feeds us new heroes every season without locking them behind a paywall. 10/10, would get obliterated by an angry Hulk again.
mmr is awful. dont play solo if you want to have fun
CLOAK IS UNKILLABLE IN SEASON 9!!!!!!!!!!!
