One of those games I barely tried when it came out, liked it though, picked it up again 6 months later for a few minutes. Glad I have a cool Marble Madness Except Better (other than the music, that NES music slaps) game in my library that I can play for a few minutes until I get too stressed and pick it up for a few minutes again 6 months later. My classic behavior with arcade style games.
Excellent stuff. The death noise keeps me coming back.
The randomly pitch-shifting scream when falling is *chef's kiss*
Great little game to get high and chill with.
Well, I played only one hour, but got too bored. I'd say that this game is okay. Level design is generally good, but it has a few flaws. At first I'd say, that I'm a tryharder and I don't care about hourglasses or whatever. I only want to complete the level. And yes, there are many ways where a player can make use of their skill to pass through. But some parts are extremely boring. For example when I need need to wait straight 10 seconds! Or when I have to knock objects off the cliff and sometimes it's kinda frustrating. And levels lack pointer signs in some places. I don't care for hourglasses, and it's frustrating when I try a way, one of three, and it's not right way to beat the level. Also, it's a bit confusing after death where to move, because I forgot terrain. It'd be better if checkpoints had pointers where to move next. And I don't like that death is performed by a man's voice.
Very fun Controls are intuitive getting all 3 stars in all levels is difficult
I'm a Monkey Ball fan, but I got tired of the the way camera "sticks" behind the balls in that game. It's tiring and kind of makes me dizzy. Marble's Madness is perfect in that sense, because the game is isometric. And it brings all the fun: navigate your marble through obstacle courses, solve puzzles, and get a bit frustrated along the way. The developer said a big content update is coming, so it's definitely worth the few bucks it costs. Great game!
It will keep you entertaned
Screen refreshes at 50fps (another dev that didn't bother to change the default fps lock). If you don't limit framerate to 50fps, the visuals stutter horribly. Aside from that, seems good so far.
Un corto juego de plataformas donde controlas una canica. Dado el precio no esta mal.
