MannaRites Gold

It's a good old Mannarites alright, but better in almost every aspect. More weapons, more skills, more everything, better combat, better graphics, lots of quality-of-life improvements. If you liked the original free Mannarites - it's a no brainer. If you're a fan of classic Genesis/MegaDrive era beat 'em ups (especially Golden Axe) - there's a good chance that you'll like Mannarites as well. If you don't like hack'n'slashes and beat'em'ups - this game is prob not for you

!CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED! This is the first beat-em-up I've played to really re-capture the feeling of playing castle crashers, I played about an hour of couch co-op but finished the game on my own. The game has a good base combat system, fighting enemies is just fun, and different enemies require different tactics, but never to an extreme degree. There's 3 characters that each have 4 skill paths, unlocking new abilities and stuff is great fun and there's enough variety to the skills to make you think about which paths you want to take (But they're not exclusive, you can take multiple) The game will probably take you like 5-6 hours to beat, I 100% the game's quests (but not achievements) so it took me a bit longer The exploration and loot in the game is pretty great, you can have 3 weapons to switch from in a level (I never really switched all that much), and then 3 suits of armor, 3 trinkets, and 3 activated items to swap between out of levels. The variety of items is pretty good, and I actually felt like I needed to keep different stuff for different levels (Like swapping my healing potion for a potion that makes arrows bounce off of me) and there's some really rare stuff to keep you guessing (Like the potion that makes MAGIC bounce off of you). There's a few secret items and locations that are a lot of fun to find, and you can probably figure them out all on your own. The story and dialogue is nothing to write home about, it was charming and enjoyable but it wasn't really anything at all. The enemy variety is also great, you'll fight a lot of similar enemies in big battles, but in side locations and secrets there're a lot of unique enemy types to discover. Anyways, this game is the bomb.com, and I'd really recommend you play it if you like the look of the trailer Also: This game is an enhanced? version of the regular mannarites, which is free on steam. I haven't played regular mannarites, but if you want to REALLY know if it's worth buying maybe play that version?

Fantastic game! Golden Axe meets Dark Souls combat. I 100%ed the original and feel the new combat system is great. Looking forward to 100% this one too!

I'm surprised, this game is pretty cool. The skills are really neat and I like the playable characters too.

Quite neat beat-em-up with various of weapons and character's upgrades. Look nice, greatly runs on Steam Deck! Recommend to buy.

It's glad that dev not abandoned title. Graphics update is refreshing and simplified combat system is pleasing. This gold version is inferior to free version in some ways, but worth it to see how story continues!

Самобытные персонажи и сеттинг. для полноценного геймплея нужен контроллер ( жаль у меня его не оказалось под рукой)). Рекомендую к покупке плюсы: -сюжет -сеттинг -музыкальное сопровождение -уникальные комбинации ударов, а не как в своременных играх закликивание до смерти -выбор графических фильтров Минусы -нет русского и русской озвучки( пока что) -+ графика(на любителя я-любитель -нету крыс - нужен контроллер(без него неудобно, но игра сама предупреждает в начале) Вывод: Если вы дитя 90-х или любите экшен-игры Mannarites gold вам подойдет. Вердикт: 8.5 бумерангов из 10

Great game, I waited a long time for this. It has big improvements over the original game and a bit of new content, I like the new golem skill and in general it's a very welcome refreshment!

Very good game for a couple of evenings, more if you have someone to coop with. Absolutely worth the price for me. Waiting for next chapter
