I have only played through the first cave part about the goat, though it has been a decent experience. If you like the N64 style 3D platformers, you might like this one too. Amount of cuteness is immense with the character design. The game runs pretty well considering how modern it looks even on a potato just like the other games from this developer and the content is creative and well-designed. You can tell the people making it knew what they were doing and had experience making games. It seems like an AA title in some aspects. The soundtrack was surprisingly pleasing too. All this game lacks is more exposure. It deserves its two-digit indie price tag. It is difficult to find another game on the same level to compare to, though Woodle (Tree Adventures) 2 from the same developer comes close. That one is of a slightly different style of a platformer with the same level of polish.
A beautiful and atmospheric adventure game with light platforming and puzzle elements. The visual style is charming, with bright locations and a calm soundtrack that creates a cozy, almost fairytale-like vibe. Controls are simple and intuitive, making it easy to play without stress. The gameplay is fairly straightforward: explore, solve puzzles, and occasionally fight enemies. It’s perfect if you’re looking for something relaxing rather than a hardcore challenge.
A charming time-travel adventure with fantastic art and a touching story, but loose controls and uneven pacing hold it back. When the puzzles click, it’s wonderful, but the slow start and occasional frustration make it a recommendation only for patient genre fans. Great on sale.
To my surprise I really had a lot of fun playing While at first one may think it goes a bit slow but after you get some upgrades the game becomes more fast-paced, and you in particular on the presents section where you can jump can feel the need just to see how far can you go with your abilities, even trying to get into places before you are supposed to, which feels great when you pull it off I say exploring became more fun after getting the item that allows you to see the direction on where the next collectable is, makes it easier to see where you can go and then just plan your way in order to find it As for the combat it took a bit to get used to it, particularly how some enemies patterns can be a pain if they all gang up on you but it was all right after some practice The puzzles and challenges were nice, it was kind of embarrassing how sometimes i got stuck only to find the solution was kind of obvious or just forgot what some items could do In the end i recommend it to anyone
