Mahjong Stories: Vampire Romance

A sweet little puzzle game with a vampire story. It's really just Mahjong. You have to do it a few times for each level and it's only one HOG at the end of the levels. You can choose easy or hard. I had fun :3

I had to go look up the Frankenstein HOG that JetDog did to make sure I wasn't crazy when I recognized the backgrounds in this game being the same as the ones in that game. I liked the costumed characters. Straightforward mahjong matching game that kinda of gets boring but I liked seeing the Frankenstein HOG image call backs.

I like this. I am a Mahjong fan. The story is a nice touch. It moves nicely. The game play is great.

A beautifully mindless game, calming and soothing. The style is so simple but so relaxing and fun!

Nice little game. Casual and not especially taxing but something nice to do while listening to podcasts and stuff.

The game has two game modes, easy and hard. I can't provide any info on the hard mode because I only played easy since I just wanted to relax. You can adjust the music and SFX volume. There is a recharging hint button and a shuffle button if you get stuck on any of the boards. Music is ok, quiet and eerie. Not much of a story. There is a matching section between 3+ sets of the mahjong boards - clicking on pictured items that show up in the left and right sides of your screen. In some instances, it's just a straight match of identical items. In others, you're tasked with matching similar items (i.e. 2 different bells or cups) or those pieces that relate to each other, such as a half lemon and a whole lemon. Overall, I enjoyed the game and would recommend it for anyone who likes mahjong.

Great game play! Good graphics, fun spooky atmosphere and characters that chastise you, smooth play and operation with no tech issues what so ever. Long playing with lots of levels. If you enjoy a horror vibe and mahjong this one is a perfect choice, its also very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of play. I'm very satisfied with it and its often my go to game for chilling out.

Siedzę sobie grzecznie na cmentarzu i układam chińskie klocki, a tu nagle jacyś ludzie w kostiumach halloweenowych zaczynają mnie straszyć, że zje mnie zły wampir. Ogólnie bardzo przyjemny wariant madżonga, tylko muzyczka trochę smętna, co nie zmienia faktu, że produkt jest całkiem relaksujący.
