I have played too much of the garbage que system game. How is it when I build a deck I face a similar deck? What on earth is your dev team smoking for that to happen!?!?!?! Its assinine that this is the best option to practice interaction solo but this option is garbage..... Fix your que system fix your shuffler fix the entire game. its hot garbage.
id rather drag my balls through broken glass then play this but i will still play
Rigged BS
I love MTG, but with the way WoTC has been moving, I cannot recommend this game. MTG used to be an amazing TCG, but now it is just a cash grab utilizing the "Universes Beyond" and "Secret Layers". Current state of magic releases is just cram as many "member berries" into the consumers' mouth to make them buy their product. Call me an angry old man yelling at the clouds, but man do I miss Magic the Gathering pre-2013
Magic: The Gathering Arena a childhood love of mine. I've spent hundreds of euros on cards and booster packs over the years. Yes, you can play Magic on Steam. And yes, it can be incredibly frustrating when your opponent is playing a deck or even just a color that you really don't enjoy facing. But honestly... isn't that exactly the same at your local game store? I think so. The game clearly brings out mixed emotions in people, judging by the reviews. But personally, I have to say: it's fantastic. It doesn't include every Magic card, some of my all-time favorites never made it into the game. It also doesn't have every format, like the popular four-player free-for-all (1v1v1v1) or Two-Headed Giant (2v2). And that's perfectly fine. After all, it gives you a reason to get together with your friends and play the tabletop version. So, here's my point: if you're looking for a great card game and you've never tried Magic before, give it a shot. It's absolutely worth it. And don't get discouraged if your opponents have stronger cards. After all... you'll have to build your collection too.
This game's matchmaking is god awful. I'm convinced it's set up in a way to piss you off.
Just like playing Magic: The Gathering in real-life, without the body odor!
The most inconsistant way to play Magic. From a shuffle system that doesnt work, to formats that allow for Turn 1 20 storm damage. There are infinitly better and cheaper ways to play Magic on PC.
