Either out matched or opponent quits Good to use if you have never played Magic, helps learn phases of the game and the overly complicated cards play themselves. I would t begin to understand much of that at a FNM event why I’d never go to one. However the draw back is no o e finishes games always ends in rage quits. (I’m guilty too).

Why wont YOU Fix the shuffle system (answer developers) I say I’m gonna open the app to relax and play a little magic that i enjoy but that quickly turns into a nightmare thanks to the horrible shuffle system. Try playing with only TWO LANDS TILL TURN 7 for a good time, HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!!!!! Dont want overpowered decks wining then DONT OFFER US WILDCARDS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!! WANA KEEP YOUR SANITY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP

Good. But massive This thing is huge. You can download the app normally but it’s so unoptimized that its patches are gigabytes of local storage necessary to play the game. Wizards needs to learn how to optimize space a little. The game is pretty good otherwise, just not super easy to see visually. Text is so small. Not as mobile friendly as something like hearthstone, and obviously way more complicated than it. 3/5

Mtg’s Cool, but what if we have cards irl that we want in-game? I haven’t been playing mtg for a long time, but I really like it still! I like how you get a bunch of free starting cards, and can get more through packs and stuff, but I have a few cards irl that I got from a friend and I wish that I could have them in-game. Idk if there is already a way to get real cards in-game, but I think some sort of card-scanning mechanic would be cool, or even just a way for you to get more cards in-game if you buy some irl

Offline mode It would be better if there was an offline mode. I can’t build decks and test them without being online. I am often without internet and would like a way to separate myself and play a game.

Think twice I've loved magic for like 28 years now!!!!

Too Expensive I love Magic and I love arena. However, hasbro is one of the greediest companies in history and it shows in the way they monetize this game. There is a 25$ "starter pack" in the store that is literally just 8 guaranteed cards of your choice. Digital "assets" are not worth this much and youll get this same experience with every progression option in the game. Events entry are too expensive and the rewards are terrible, even for high placing players. Leveling is a grind and there are implemented daily and weekly xp caps too prevent you from progressing too fast, explicitly to manufacture forced player retention to make you "get your money's worth" from the battle pass they make you pay real money for. These guys are more scummy than supercell. Unless you have the money to shill out to developers who dont deserve it, be wary of attempting to get into this game thinking youll be able to make the decks you want easily or for free.
