Addicting

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SWEET If you've never watched Madness Combat (you should) the story will probably be confusing, but it's still a ton of fun. The combat has a lot of depth, there's tons of weapons with different damage types, armor piercing, etc. and there's a nice variety of enemies that require different approaches to kill. And then there's the "Arena" mode, at first the name made me think it would just be some endless survival mode thing. But it's actually an entire roguelite RPG with it's own story (that ties into the main one). you choose an "origin" which is basically a class with different pros/cons and as you complete missions you can upgrade your characters stats and get different skills/perks, and buy different weapons/armors. Plus you can recruit hirelings/teammates to go on missions with you, and you can buy equipment for them too. They also have classes and will level up too. And of course there's steam workshop support, most of the mods are for the Arena mode and there's a ton that can greatly improve the experience. There are mods that add new weapons/armors, origins, enemies, stages, entire new mechanics, revamps for the hireline AI, and so on. You should absolutely check this game out

I like killing people but its illegal to kill the people i despise in real life so i kill the people in this game to subside my tendencies 11/10 would kill more

Great game, reminds me of the good old times when i played Madness Project Nexus Classic when i was younger

tbh absolutely worth every dime, but buy it in sale. i advise people who bought this game to watch madness combat series on youtube first then play madness combat game on web in order to understand the lore

Loving arena mode. You don't start out as weak as in the the project nexus flash game and teammates are available almost right away instead of having to specifically spec into it. Lots of other changes too as this is a much bigger game than the flash game
