Reviews
Playtime about 70 minutes for nearly every archivement. I like the graphics, but the video clips are just about 7 sec. loops with three different angles. the story is ... hm ... weird and not worth it. it only exists to get from one clip to the next. there are a couple of minigames. entertaining and very easy. thats it. in my opinion not worth full price.
LUST Company
CACONA.
SÖYLENCEK BİR ŞEY YOK....
This is extremelly short (2 playthrough only 3h), but briliant and fun AVN in style of Star Wars - something like being in role of Han Solo. There are many links to SW Graphic is awesome and animations hot Minigames are few and very simple, may be only searching of object in dark room is a bit fun Story is very strightforward and only if you are unlucky you have to play twice for all achievments But I enjoy it and like the style
LUST Company, developed and published by Taboo Tales, is a narrative-driven sci-fi adventure that blends visual novel storytelling with light survival management and resource-based decision-making. Set aboard a damaged spacecraft after a pirate ambush leaves the crew stranded, the game casts the player in the role of the ship’s captain, responsible not only for guiding the story through dialogue choices but also for ensuring the survival and cohesion of the crew. Rather than functioning as a purely linear visual novel, it attempts to layer strategic elements on top of its branching narrative structure, creating a hybrid experience that balances story progression with interactive management systems. At its core, LUST Company revolves around player choice. Conversations with crew members and other characters shape relationships, alter morale, and influence which narrative paths become available. Dialogue options frequently carry consequences that extend beyond immediate reactions, sometimes unlocking new quests or permanently closing off alternative routes. This branching structure gives the story a sense of weight, as decisions feel interconnected rather than isolated. While the overarching premise remains consistent—a stranded crew navigating uncertain survival—the specific journey can differ significantly depending on how players choose to lead. Beyond its dialogue-driven framework, the game incorporates resource management mechanics that add a strategic dimension to the experience. Supplies are limited, and careful allocation is necessary to repair the ship, complete missions, and maintain crew stability. Quests often require balancing immediate needs against long-term planning, encouraging players to consider both narrative and mechanical outcomes before acting. These systems are relatively straightforward, but they succeed in giving the player more agency than a traditional visual novel might provide. The interplay between resource decisions and story developments helps prevent the pacing from becoming static, as gameplay segments punctuate extended dialogue sequences. Visually, LUST Company adheres to the conventions of adult-oriented visual novels. Character art is stylized and expressive, with detailed portraits used to convey emotion and personality during conversations. Backgrounds are primarily static, focusing attention on the characters rather than environmental spectacle. The science-fiction setting is presented through interface elements, ship interiors, and occasional environmental illustrations that reinforce the isolated, high-stakes atmosphere of space survival. While the production values are modest compared to larger studios, the artwork effectively supports the tone and thematic direction of the narrative. The game’s pacing alternates between story-heavy segments and interactive decision points. For some players, this rhythm enhances immersion by allowing time to process narrative developments before returning to management tasks. For others, the balance may feel uneven, particularly if the survival mechanics appear less deep than expected. The resource systems, while functional, do not reach the complexity of dedicated strategy or simulation titles. Instead, they serve primarily as a supplementary layer that enhances the tension of the story rather than overshadowing it. Replayability is driven by branching storylines and multiple possible outcomes. Because key decisions can significantly alter relationships and mission availability, revisiting the game to explore alternate paths can reveal new scenes and endings. However, the overall scope remains relatively contained, meaning that while replay value exists, it is centered on narrative variation rather than expansive systemic depth. Players who enjoy uncovering every possible route and character interaction will likely find the structure rewarding, whereas those seeking extensive gameplay systems may feel the limits of its design. In summary, LUST Company positions itself as a narrative-focused sci-fi adventure with light management elements and mature themes woven into its storytelling. Its strength lies in the combination of branching dialogue, character-driven progression, and resource-based decision-making that adds tension to the survival scenario. While its mechanics are not deeply complex and its presentation remains modest, the game succeeds in delivering an interactive story shaped by player agency. For fans of visual novels who appreciate layered choices and a touch of strategic planning within a sci-fi setting, it offers a focused and distinctive experience within its niche. Rating: 6/10
pretty good
its like simulation for 1
