Overall really great throwback to the classics. The writing and puzzle design is solid throughout and the dream mechanic is a fun addition that stops things ever feeling too stagnant or repetitive. The voice acting is also very solid. My only complaint is that the character design was a little lacking in quality compared to the backgrounds and animation but since the game has a pretty breezy, light tone the characters being a bit mismatched and goofy looking didn't really detract from the experience.

maybe the most brit game i've played. a newer point and click with actual puzzles and is not a walking sim. great voices, puzzles. good
De momento, bastante bien.
Really enjoyed the game, smart puzzles and fun to play, looking forward to Heir of the Dog!
fun pnc with no wokeness in it which is a huge plus. puzzles range from obvious to challenging. on a lot of puzzles you get hints from either lucy or an interaction with an npc, but on some, there are environmental hints. good game and not as much inventory combining (there are about 3 occassions) as another review put it. also, the dream mechanic is a well implemented idea.
Such a fun game, great story, excellent puzzles. Love the humor and art style, it's very reminiscent of classic point & click Sierra games of the late 80's early 90's.
DE. LIGHT. FUL. With a kid protagonist I was worried the game would be a bit childish, but how wrong I was. Lucy Dreaming is clever, hilarious, surprising, and extremely British. I usually don't have the patience to listen to the main character's description of every single clickable object, but in this one I wanted to hear it ALL. The combination of witty writing and great comedic voice acting had me smiling throughout and actually LOLing several times. The story puzzles were great: just the right amount of tricky without being frustrating, and brimming with the vibe of classic point & click adventures, in the best way. And the game is happy to reference, make fun of, and proudly, meta-ly display its affection to that magical era of gaming and nerdery. What a joy from start to finish.
Very nice game. Great art and balanced puzzles.
