Игра чисто на вечерок зайдёт под пивко и водник
Jueguito muy simple, pero con carisma, se puede pasar en 20 minutos. Podría haber sido una verdadera pesadilla, pero afortunadamente el brazo del protagonista es una escopeta. :)
This would've been a nightmare, luckily, his arm is a shotgun.
cheap and silly and fun! good for a bit of play time with a very satisfying shotgun to shoot
Прикольная стрелялка с видом сверху для расслабона с пивом
Fun little game that can be beat in 30-40 minutes. You're stuck with zombies and demons on a cursed island, but luckily, your arm is a shotgun. With infinite ammo no less. It's fairly easy and doesn't take itself too seriously, but it's also over before it starts getting too repetitive. It reminds me of those random early 90s PC games that you somehow had on your computer, but wasn't entirely sure where came from. Takes a simple idea and goes with it, just for the sake of it. They probably could've expanded a little on that background from the datalogs.
Demonic portals in a mysterious cave? Sign me up!
Maybe added some more enemies and power-ups to make it a little less repetitive. Then again, it's a €2 game. Also I want to know why the scientists are regular humans, but somehow you're a big green blob.
I was not ready for how heavily inspired this game is by the SNES Jurassic Park.
This dev has potential, but there's not really much to this game. I 100% completed it in under 30 minutes, you basically just go around a small island and shoot things with a shotgun (it's essentially impossible to miss.) Collecting 28 gear parts is the only tricky part but even that is super easy. The one cool mechanic is the fact that you have knockback on the shotgun and this can be used to access platforms by knocking yourself back with it. I would recommend the dev explore this mechanic more and come up with other "technique shots" to create more depth to the game play, as this could lead to an indie hit instead of a lukewarm and shallow game like this.
its fun but its like one level
Luckily, My Arm Is A Shotgun is a short, isometric game where you play as a potato-looking guy, deserted in a mysterious island filled with zombies and demons. He must find parts to repair his boat. But luckily, his arm is a shotgun! With unlimited ammo, you can blast enemies without fear of running out. It has a powerful recoil though, so watch your back, or you might get knocked to another enemy. Length-wise this game isn't very long, and can be finished around half an hour. Do the objectives, get back to boat, done. But what I find interesting is that despite the cutesy graphics and daytime setting, this game managed to be unsettling at times, mainly because of the music. The story documents also hint at something bigger going on, but sadly left unexplored... Maybe a sequel or extended edition one day? For an indie game, Luckily, My Arm Is A Shotgun is a pretty fun short experience. It's pretty simplistic in visuals, gameplay, and length compared to Antonio Freyre's other games, but it is not by any means a bad game and if you like his other games you should give this one a try.
