LSD is a compact, anime-themed match-3 puzzle title developed by CUTE ANIME GIRLS and published by Tranquility games that deliberately positions itself at the intersection of familiar casual mechanics and niche visual appeal. Released as a lightweight single-player experience, the game does not attempt to reinvent the puzzle genre; instead, it relies on the accessibility and instant recognizability of match-3 gameplay while framing it through a stylized, adult-leaning anime presentation aimed at a specific audience. At its core, the gameplay follows the well-established rules of the genre. Players swap adjacent tiles to form horizontal or vertical matches of three or more identical icons, clearing them from the board to score points and advance through levels. Cascades, where new matches occur automatically after a successful clear, provide moments of momentum and satisfaction, encouraging players to think a move or two ahead. Levels are structured around limited moves and star-based performance ratings, rewarding efficiency and careful planning rather than experimentation or risk-taking. The mechanics are immediately understandable and require little onboarding, making the game easy to pick up for short sessions. Progression is straightforward and largely linear. As levels advance, boards introduce slightly more complex layouts or constraints, but the difficulty curve remains gentle overall. The challenge comes less from novel mechanics and more from optimizing moves to achieve higher star ratings. This design choice reinforces the game’s identity as a casual diversion rather than a demanding puzzle experience, prioritizing relaxation and repetition over mastery of intricate systems. What differentiates LSD from countless other match-3 titles is its presentation. The game leans heavily into anime-inspired visuals with bold colors, expressive character art, and suggestive imagery that frames the puzzle action. Characters and backgrounds are static rather than animated in complex ways, serving more as visual accompaniment than narrative drivers. There is no real story progression or character development; instead, the art functions as thematic dressing that defines the tone and target audience. For players drawn to anime aesthetics, this layer adds novelty to an otherwise familiar gameplay loop. From a technical standpoint, the game is simple and functional. Animations are minimal, effects are modest, and the interface prioritizes clarity over flair. Sound design follows suit, offering basic audio feedback for matches and menu interactions without a memorable soundtrack or atmospheric layering. This stripped-down presentation keeps system requirements low and ensures smooth performance, but it also reinforces the sense that LSD is designed as a small-scale, budget-friendly title rather than a polished flagship puzzle game. One area where the game attempts to extend engagement is through Steam achievements. With a large number of achievements tied to level completion and performance milestones, completionists may find motivation to revisit stages and aim for perfect scores. However, beyond this extrinsic motivation, replayability is limited, as levels do not meaningfully change once completed and there are no alternate modes or challenges to diversify play. Community reception reflects the game’s narrow focus. Players who approach LSD expecting a simple match-3 experience with anime visuals often find exactly what they’re looking for: an uncomplicated puzzle game suitable for casual play. Others, however, criticize the lack of depth, innovation, or long-term engagement, noting that the adult-themed presentation does not compensate for the mechanical simplicity. This divide has resulted in mixed overall impressions, largely dependent on player expectations and tolerance for niche aesthetics. Ultimately, LSD is best understood as a niche casual puzzle title rather than a standout entry in the genre. It delivers competent, familiar match-3 gameplay wrapped in an anime-styled, mature visual package, offering brief entertainment rather than lasting challenge. For players specifically interested in anime-themed casual games or looking for a low-effort puzzle experience, it can serve as a short, amusing diversion. For those seeking deeper mechanics, narrative substance, or innovation within the match-3 space, it is unlikely to leave a strong or lasting impression. Rating: 5/10
ÇOK GÜZELL :D
- Escaso contenido. - Se completa en cuestión de minutos. - No merece la pena a precio completo. - Poco recomendable para quien no busque exclusivamente logros.

Look ma, I'm on LSD!
