Lovely Overseer - Dating Sim

Простенькая визуальная новелла с элементами прогулки по городу и подкатами к девушкам (симулятор свиданий). Геймплей довольно прост, и выбить все секс-сцены не составит особого труда. Мы просто читаем/скипаем текст, тренируемся, работаем, покупаем девушкам подарки и наслаждаемся секс-сценами (главное, чтобы подарок понравился девушке). В игре присутствует очень миленькая рисовка, которая мне очень понравилась. “Девушки” тоже выглядят миленько, и каждая девушка немного анимирована. Очень жаль, что в игре нет достижений, но зато хоть есть карточки :) Из плюсов: +Миленькая рисовка +Красивые персонажи +Есть карточки Из минусов: -Нету Русского -Нету достижений -Немного геморно открывать все секс-сцены Игру рекомендую к покупке! I love this game and its story. Of course I love the artwork too, but who wouldn't? XD

[h3]Mystical duels, a heinous plot and hot anthropomorphic girls.. Everything you can dream about as you step into the shoes of the blandest protagonist in furry history![/h3] Ahh, battlemagic, a school filled with intrigue and a headmistress that could melt the ice sheet of Antarctica in a heartbeat! On paper everything I would vouch for in a game, and yet it somehow failed leave a lasting impression on me, despite steamy dorm room scenes in magical candlelight.. I might have to high expectations on a urban fantasyesque dating sim featuring magically imbued furries, but in the end the world where the lovely hand drawn characters existed just felt a bit, well, undercooked and lacking.. Lovely Overseer do try hard to tell a story, albeit a rather generic one, about a weird Hogwarts-like institute for magically gifted individuals used as soldiers in a war somewhere, but the retelling gets lost in the weird hubworld where you basically raise stats by doing chores on the school grounds to further the otherwise brooding main plot of seducing one of four different sorceresses, so basically The Witcher with less monsters running around and far less Gwent to engage with.. The individual characters were decently fleshed out and for a kickstarter game it did have its charm. In short, a furry dating sim that falls under the not great, not terrible recommendation.. If you enjoy whimsical dating sims featuring anthros you might find enjoyment in Lovely Overseer, to me it felt like it was missing something unique, and i'm not talking about the free downloadable content..

I have been wondering for a while why i liked anthropomorphic characters, with the beginning of my interest in furry characters really becoming apparent to me with the Disney movie Zootopia. I began to question things about who I am as a person. I know how that sounds, but I only till recently admitted to myself that I am a furry, or at the least, somebody who is an ally of the furry community. I am what you call a closet furry, with the only people knowing that I like anthro artwork (both SFW and NSFW) are my core friends online that I've know for a while. Some for 7 years, others for less time. But my admitting of being a furry turned out that one of my other friends admitted to being a furry as well. I am as such new to the community itself, but you might be wondering what this has to do entirely with a review for this game. This review will be from the perspective of a furry that isn't what the community would call a "furvert", or a furry who only likes furry artwork for the NSFW aspects of it. Well, I should say at least not completely, as I do view both kinds of furry art. Well, number one, there aren't many straight furry games, stories, or visual novels. That is no ones fault in a bad way. A significant portion of the community identifies as LGBTQ+ in some way, with the community having the highest number of trans people proportionally than any other community or fandom. As a straight furry, it is nice to find games like this. Number two, the story of the game and the characters are all good, as I'm sure at least somebody out there would have a preference towards others with personality traits that correlate to at least one of the characters in this game. I can say that i enjoyed the game for the characters, artstyle, artwork, and the critical thinking that is needed to figure out how to fully romance a character in this. I could honestly say that if these characters weren't put in lewd situations, and were made in the SFW side of furry art, that I would enjoy the design of these anthro characters regardless, especially Lucy and Clarisse. This isn't entirely a furry visual novel, but it also has traits of a proper game in it too. Number three, out of all the characters, I found Lucy to be the one that I liked the most, but in real life, I'm into the shy, timid sort of people. I find the personality adorable and attractive, but that is not to say that the other characters weren't engaging or interesting in their own right. Like I said, at least somebody out there has a certain draw to at least one type of personality that a character has in here. The game was fun, enjoyable, relaxing, wholesome (at least I think with Lucy) and a good experience. My only complaint is that the game is so difficult in trying to figure out how to get a good ending with a character, that I had to look up a guide. Maybe that matters to some, for me it did a little bit. Give it a try, I'd recommend if you like anthro characters and artwork.

Eu provavelmente sou o único Br fazendo analise deste jogo, seguinte esse jogo ele tem uma arte muito bonita animações leves muito bem feitas, só que esse jogo me decepcionou tanto pelo valor que pra esse tipo de jogo é bem alto, quanto pela questão das animações, eu comprei esse jogo somente pelas partes e animações +18 porém isso nesse jogo é muito leve, não tem movimento nem nada é só a imagem estática com leve movimentação, não tira o merito da arte ser bem bonita e tals, se quer comprar esse jogo compre pelos cards ou pela historia que é bem legal e a própria arte, agora se quer ver as animações nsfw talvez se decepcione como eu, tirando isso é um jogo excelente porém com um preço meio salgado pelo que entrega

Cute furry girls, also booba

That isn't necessarily a slight on those games; it's just that I have my own tastes and not every game in the world falls under them. This is one of those. I'm not into furries, and generally speaking I'm less interested in "male protagonist pursues female LIs only" than other types of romance stories. But some games have surprised me, so I gave it a chance. Lovely Overseer is a hybrid between a visual novel and a dating sim--you pick activities to do each day (morning/afternoon/evening) which increase or decrease energy, fatigue, gold, and various stats, including love points for each of the main love interests which you have to raise in order to get a route's good ending. Not every activity will be available on every day or in every time period. The gameplay loop isn't very interesting, but I've played worse, and it's not difficult to get a good ending (especially if you use a guide). However, the "skip unread" toggle doesn't seem to work (it skips unread text even when unchecked). The art is by far the best thing about this game. As mentioned, I'm not into furries, but all the character designs here (including for the MC) are appealing, if very sexualized (not for the MC). The sprites and CGs are both animated, which...sometimes works for the sprites, and just looks very awkward in the CGs. A lot of times the characters just look like they're weirdly morphing rather than breathing or fidgeting, and of course you've got the classic "boobs moving of their own volition"-type animations here. Unfortunately, the writing--the backbone of a visual novel or VN hybrid--falls flat in nearly every way. The dialogue and narration are frequently stilted and unnatural, and there are some typos floating around; the text seems to have been written or translated by people who are not fully fluent in English. An editing pass by someone with idiomatic English fluency would have helped out a lot. Anything interesting about the story or characters is glossed over, not remotely done justice. Is this a dystopia? Presumably, since the government's rounding up young adults with "mana addiction" in order to forcibly reeducate them with the goal of sending them to the empire's military, but so little time is spent on any of the implications of that and the fact that you're complicit in it that it makes me wonder why bother with it in the first place. There are four potential love interests here (aside from a side character who doesn't really have her own route but you can end up with; her name's Kira and she's pretty cool, I liked her). Three of them are "problem students" who need specialized training from the MC Aster (wink wink, but also literally they do need your help). Lucy is sweet and timid, Lunette is hard-edged and hot-tempered, and Clarisse is cheerful and energetic. They're...fine. I guess Lucy was my favorite, but none of them are especially interesting. You spend time with them and give them gifts until they love you. Ho-hum. Not that I need a route to reinvent the wheel or anything, but when the story and setting are this weak and the characters are this cookie-cutter, there's not much to grab my attention (as someone who is not into the sexual stuff for its own sake). The route for Neoma, Aster's boss and the leader of the camp he works for, is the strangest. They were clearly going for a kind of femdom dubcon route where she is such an overbearing, controlling force in Aster's life that he falls in a twisted love with her. And like...the hints are there? But they really don't pull off that dynamic. At all. The problem is, the gameplay loop and mechanics for getting on Neoma's route aren't actually much different from getting on the other girls' routes, which acts to its detriment when the atmosphere her route is going for is so different from the vanilla main routes. It ends up in a weird sort of halfway between "regular ole generic love story" and "dark femdom" that doesn't work as either. There's too much baggage regarding Neoma mistreating both Aster and the students for it to be a good "regular relationship but she doms him in bed" route and Aster is given too much freedom and agency for it to be a good "evil witch breaks the mind of her subordinate" route. I can't imagine the Neoma route appealing to people looking for either of those. Overall, this definitely isn't something I can recommend for people who aren't specifically looking for scantily clad furry women, and even if that is what you're looking for, I feel like there are probably better sources of those out there.
