Love Love School Days

One of the silliest and scariest horror games I've played. Just when you think you've got Makinas pathing and AI all figured out she will jump at you from some of the most random places. 10/10 game.

This game follows that formula where you're stuck in one area and are constantly hunted by an antagonist while you search for a way out or some requirements to a different ending. I find this game unique even within that niche genre, since the school it takes place at has a random layout with every run you do, which helps it not feel repetitive. There are a bunch of items you use for specific endings, and some items you use to protect yourself from Makina, the girl chasing after you. Now for a pivotal question, is it actually scary to play? Makina will sometimes pop out suddenly, either through a vent either from the ceiling or a wall, out of a locker, or even break a wall entirely. It often happened while I was searching a cabinet or something, so it did startle me a few times. I like this idea since you can't predict it. There aren't exactly any overtly disturbing themes or visuals, it overall settled on a good line between horror and fun gameplay with some occasional silly ideas (Like Sports Day where there is a girl commentating on Makina as she sprints after you). Story wise I can describe it in a simple way, basically you're a guy in your apartment who plays various games with some brain link device. You start off by playing Love Love School Days which is any other normal dating simulator, only for you to find out that a girl from a different game entirely has followed you inside it to take you for herself, while corrupting the data of the other girls within that game. Along with that follows a good mix between horror, silly fighting and fourth wall breaking, along with every other girl falling for you, provided you finished their ending. If you like the genre I talked about at the top, along with the rest of my description sounding interesting, I recommend this game. Personally I had quite an enjoyable time playing through it and getting all the sixteen endings it offers.

打了6个结局，前期玩着还不错，挺好玩的，玩到后期就感觉有点过于重复了，玩法没区别，区别只在于记住每把该拿什么东西，去哪触发什么东西，依此循环 不过游戏细节很多，可以看出作者挺用心的，结局也很多，结局是这游戏最大的乐趣了，游戏只有微量的meta元素，一般不会钻出屏幕打你

The game is a 1st person survival puzzle game which seems cute like DDLC on the outface. Gameplaywise it's a lot like Saiko no sutoka, Yoko no hanashi or Alien Isolations, if you know these titles. Unique: The map of the school where you are imprisoned in has always a different layout, so you get to explore the "maze of the school" each time completely blind without knowing where anything is at the start of each playthrough. Also has four different difficulties from easy to nightmare which is good too. Story has some meta elements which I also love a lot and you can see that the devs really cared about this project in many little details in the game and story as well. Very creative and original in many ways. Only negative point I have is that the english translation is kinda sloppy at times, e.g. wrong pronouns and referring to the male protagonist as "she" or Makina as "he". Total recomonnedation from my side!

追逐＋迷宫＋锁钥＋解密 好玩，爱玩

Just beat the main ending. Took a little over 2 hours, but there are tons of other endings. Just depends on what items and route you take to escape. I had over 5 jump scares where i yelled at the top of my lungs and disrupted others living in my home. Simple concept that is executed well. Stalker is stalking you while you tip toe around the school trying to complete your objectives to find an escape. For a 7 dollar indie, i give it a 10/10. Everything is voice acted too which is a huge bonus.

Great dating sim! The rocket launcher made it seem so realistic. They sure don't make games like this anymore.
