For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Lost in the Forest is a cheap platformer game. A very generic platforming game with 20 levels, floaty controls, jumps that sometimes doesn't work and lots of other bugs. You can't seem to go back to old levels unless you fully restart the game (?) and the game is way too zoomed in to be enjoyable. Overall, a boring and buggy platformer game.
This is not an easy platformer as there are some bugs and areas where you cannot enter (even though you should) no matter how hard you try, but it is still a beautiful game and you get 60 achievements within an hour.

You don`t really need a recommendation you can see how terrible it is in the poorly thought out trailer provided above.

If this game taught me one thing racoon farts are as dangerous as shotgun blasts. (You can touch racoons and not die though.)
Press R key to restart a level.
If you are unlucky achievements become broken and can't be unlocked anymore after hitting a threshold or something. So play at your own risk.
Level selection and progression is broken.
The game overall is a buggy mess with bad control.
Lost In The Forest is a craptastic lazy minimalist 2D action platformer slapped together with NW.js because real game engines cost money and require talent to use. Cartoony 2D graphics are used as a substitute for proper PC graphics, because NW.js isn't capable of any better, and presumably the developer lacked the budget or talent (or both) to produce better visuals. Resolution and controls are locked and can't be changed, further plunging this far below minimum acceptable standards for a PC game. Writing "games" with stuff like NW.js is a lot like driving a car using only your feet. Maybe it can be done, but it definitely should not be, or you're likely to end up with a disastrous wreck. Just like "Lost in the Forest".
Lost in the Forest is a small indie platformer that focuses on straightforward arcade gameplay, obstacle navigation, and collectible hunting within a colorful forest setting. Developed by Mihai Morosanu, the game follows a young boy who becomes trapped in a dangerous wilderness filled with traps, hostile creatures, and environmental hazards. The premise is intentionally simple, allowing the game to focus almost entirely on side-scrolling platforming challenges and progression through increasingly difficult levels. While the overall experience feels modest in scope, it still offers a light and accessible adventure for players who enjoy classic platformers with uncomplicated mechanics. The gameplay revolves around guiding the protagonist through twenty different stages while avoiding enemies, spikes, collapsing traps, and other environmental dangers. Players must carefully jump between platforms, react to moving hazards, and collect diamonds hidden throughout each level. The collectible system provides additional motivation beyond simply reaching the exit, encouraging players to replay stages in search of missed items and hidden areas. Gathering all of the diamonds becomes one of the game’s primary long-term goals and adds a small layer of completion-focused replayability. As players progress deeper into the forest, the game gradually introduces new mechanics and environmental gimmicks designed to keep the platforming more varied. Jump pads, movable objects, gravity-based mechanics, balloons, and timing-focused obstacles begin appearing throughout later levels. These additions help prevent the early stages from feeling too repetitive, even if the core gameplay remains relatively simple from beginning to end. The game rarely becomes mechanically complex, but it does steadily increase difficulty by combining hazards in tighter and more demanding platforming sections. One of the more appealing aspects of Lost in the Forest is its accessibility. The controls are easy to understand, the objectives are always clear, and the game avoids overwhelming players with complicated systems or excessive tutorials. This simplicity makes it approachable for casual players or younger audiences looking for a lightweight platforming experience. Sessions are also relatively short, making the game easy to enjoy in smaller bursts without requiring major time investment. Visually, the game embraces a bright and minimalistic art style that feels inspired by older indie platformers and browser-era games. Forest environments are colorful enough to remain visually pleasant, while cartoon-style enemies and environmental hazards fit the game’s lighthearted tone. The graphics are not particularly detailed, but the clean presentation helps keep the action readable during more difficult platforming sequences. The simplicity of the visual design also suits the arcade-like gameplay structure well. The soundtrack follows a similarly straightforward approach. Background music maintains a calm and playful atmosphere during most stages, while sound effects provide basic but effective feedback during jumps, collisions, and item collection. The audio design is functional rather than memorable, but it supports the game’s relaxed pacing without becoming distracting or repetitive too quickly. Unfortunately, the game’s limitations become more noticeable the longer it is played. One of the most common issues is the movement physics, which can sometimes feel floaty or inconsistent during precision jumps. Certain platforming sections require careful timing, and the lack of responsiveness occasionally turns difficult moments into frustrating ones. Later stages especially expose these control problems because tighter obstacle placement leaves less room for error. The level design also struggles with repetition after extended play sessions. Although new hazards are introduced gradually, many challenges rely on familiar trap combinations and similar platforming patterns. The game rarely evolves beyond its basic structure, which can make progression feel repetitive for players expecting major gameplay changes or more creative mechanics later in the adventure. Production quality overall feels fairly modest as well. Animations are simple, environmental variety is limited, and the game occasionally feels more like a small experimental indie project than a fully polished commercial release. Some technical roughness and occasional collision issues further reinforce that impression. While these flaws do not completely ruin the experience, they do prevent the game from standing out in a crowded platforming genre filled with more refined alternatives. Even so, Lost in the Forest still manages to provide some enjoyable moments for players who appreciate simple arcade platformers. The process of learning stage layouts, collecting hidden diamonds, and carefully navigating traps can remain entertaining in shorter sessions. Its uncomplicated structure and low difficulty barrier make it approachable for players who simply want a casual side-scrolling adventure without complex mechanics or heavy narrative focus. What ultimately defines the game is its straightforward simplicity. It never tries to become an ambitious cinematic platformer or a deep puzzle adventure. Instead, it focuses entirely on basic jumping challenges, collectibles, and survival through a series of increasingly dangerous forest levels. While its rough controls and repetitive design hold it back from becoming truly memorable, there is still a small amount of nostalgic arcade charm hidden within its modest presentation. Rating: 4/10
