Long Live My Lady! 🍻 Tavern Simulator

Absolute steal for $3 CAD (on sale currently!) if you're looking for a short tavern-dwarf-sim game to grind through on the weekend. I'm guessing most people will get around 5-10 hours of gameplay out of it, and I can already tell that even after that, I'll be coming back every once in a while to run a day-cycle of the tavern to scratch the short gameplay loop itch. Seems to have language support for English and Russian atm, unsure if more languages will be added in future (maybe if players request!), but tbh you can probably enjoy this game w/ minimal literacy. It has some bugs (very few) atm but the dev is very responsive to community feedback & provides fixes via the Steam Community option. I will say that right now the few bugs that do exist do get in the way a tiny bit, but mainly only in beginning, so it's reset-able. Additionally, the bugs get fixed fast for smoother gameplay experience anyway. Storage/backpack feels a teeny-tiny bit janky, but it's a nitpick on my end & doesn't interfere with gameplay; I just gotta get gud at organization. I'll update the review once I've played a bit more, but this game is cute & worth the cop. Overall, I'm a fan of how the progression feels so far, and the resource collection and item crafting is smoother than most other games out there. Story isn't the most extensive (which is a +ve in this case! it's a good amount, not too much, not too little), but what is there has a very endearing charm. Mini-games feel unique enough as well (good gameplay feel on fishing and cooking) :) Nice atmosphere (pixel art, story, music, etc. is cohesive). Not sure if this will be part of the story down the line & I just haven't discovered it, but would love more permanent 'task speed buffs' especially when getting buckets of water. I like the fact that sleeping is optional too (comes with a buff!); gives the player more control over when to interrupt gameplay loop w/ the sleeping.

It is a very cute little game. Negatives first: - It crashed once in a gaming session for me. - It has some bugs (Number of items in a chest not changing when you take sth out) - I am not the biggest fan of the inventory system/management. As other commenters said, some QoL updates would be awesome. - No option to mute the music Positives: - Its a very cute little game with its own charm - Once you figured out your own rythm for the inventory management, its fun - Sprites and environment are unique, different from the normal tavern/farming pixel games If it is on sale, its well worth the money.

It really is just a well masked clicker, that's probably why I'm hooked.

Расслабляющая игра на пару вечеров (°◡°♡) Если коротко: уютик, комфортик и море пива, что может быть лучше? Плюсов много, брать однозначно стоит: * приятный пиксельный арт, * уютная атмосфера, * ненапряжённый геймплей, * интересная история, * различные задания, которые появляются с каждой прокачкой репутации таверны + задачи от мэра * огромное количество ресурсов, * забавные квесты вне таверны Не знаю добавят ли ещё предыстории или квестов, всё равно хочется вернуться и пройти заново...

Cute and addictive game. It's not too long, but there's plenty to keep you busy. There's a lot of beer in it!! I love beer. I love this game.

Super addicting! I didn't know what all to expect when booting this game up, but I've been having a blast and the time is passing in the blink of an eye while I'm running around farming, fishing, foraging, chopping trees and serving customers. The NPC's I've met have been quirky and funny too! Very fun game :)

"Хорошее место" Игра с первых минут раскрывает свои положительные стороны и не перестает радовать столь удачным сочетанием всего того, что является образцом жанра, на всем протяжении игрового времени: легкость порога вхождения (невозможно не отметить очень подробный этап обучения, который заметно облегчает начало вашего пути в роли пивовара), разнообразие игровых оригинальных механик (нескучный геймплей затягивает на часы), приятный пиксельный визуал, сочетающийся с легкой непринужденной атмосферой, немного разбитной (вы гном, который обеспечивает все сказочное население подземелий отменным пенным и прочим разнообразием выпивки и съестного), а также тонкий юмор (были замечены интересные отсылки ;) ), прослеживающийся в диалогах с каждым персонажем. Прекрасный образец жанрового таймкиллера, захватывающего с первых минут на долгие часы игры, незаметно пролетающие за рутиной работника и хозяина таверны (обращает внимание разнообразие деталей декора и вариабельность эргономики, позволяющие придать своему заведению уникальный вид), исследующего в свободное от работы время "флору и фауну" подземного мира со всеми его обитателями (множество второстепенных заданий привносят в игру динамику и подогревают интерес, заставляющий выискивать во всех уголках подземелий ответы на загадки и прочие "плюшки", необходимые для развития своего пивоваренного ремесла) единственный маленький минус: доколе после работы меня будут заставлять работать еще и в игре?!

Затягивающий и ненапряжный симулятор таверны 1. Понятное и быстрое обучение, благодаря которому сразу втягиваешься в игровой процесс. Механика достаточно простая, обслуживаешь гоблинов, зарабатываешь золото и репутацию, на вырученные деньги прокачиваешь таверну, открывая новые блюда и возможности 2. Приятный пиксель арт, чувствуется атмосфера подземелья, есть забавные персонажи и диалоги 3. Для симулятора таверны необычная завязка со спящей в саркофаге принцессой и выстроенными вокруг нее механиками сна и прокачки Рекомендую, если хотите расслабиться после работы и поварить пиво

I love the game. It is a perfect example of a cozy tavern sim. I enjoyed it a lot. I wish it had some QoL features tho. But the dev seemed pretty nice and planned to add them in future updates
