It's a shame the devs never ended up doing anything with this game...lots of promise...lots of potential...all down the drain...i hope they come back to this game one day but it seems like they wont...

GAME IS SO BROKEN DO NOT BUY!!! My friends and I got this game because it looked really good and when you start it up its pretty good. You can customize a character and can even make it goofy, but as SOON as you try to do anything the game starts to lag and crash. Certain actions causes your model to get stuck, if more than one person join the lobby at the same time the game crashes. just sucks. They aren't even working on the game anymore either, their chat has been dead since 2021 so there's no type of game support for it.
the game literally wouldnt let me load into a lobby
Can't say I recommend this one, even though I was really excited about it as the concept and gameplay looked really cool. My main issues are the crashes and the boat. Logged onto the tutorial to make sure I wasn't missing anything and making sure I knew the in and outs. Crashed three times buying the boat, twice buying the thermometer, and then got stuck in the shop screen. Given that this is the tutorial, not a great start. Finally get on the boat and this is the biggest thing for me. The controls are just horrid, I can't imagine why they went with this in complete honesty. Both control setups are just bad. Take this out of the game just get a motorized boat or something, I know the engine might have the excuse of scaring/angering Nessie, but I think that'll add a lot more charm. From what I've heard, Nessie is super aggressive so having the motor be the excuse as to the sudden shift in pace might be nice and give us workable controls that don't fight the player with every action. Anyway, I finally get to the exact spot and do the minigame, head on back, and I can't get on the dock. I hold E, check the controls, and I'm just stuck. Try moving around and nothing. I will say, aside from the beyond frustrating boat and the crash/bugs, this game clearly has amazing potential. The soundtrack/ambience is phenomenal, I can't deny it. Watching gameplay or even in that small tutorial I was quite unnerved at everything. The gameplay (outside that boat) looks pretty good, especially the audio stuff. That is actually torture to listen to the sounds of movement in your area. I think as the game continues to come out, focusing on those two things will really help it out.
GAME IS ABANDONED TWO YEARS AND COUNTING I was very excited for this game. Amazing idea all around. The dev needs to give the game to someone else or remove it permanently, not quit and leave it rotting. I despise people like this. I hope someone else takes up the mantle of a loch ness game similar to this.
Its very buggy, when you place down a underwater camera it wont let you move you can only turn and then boat flips over for no reason. The flashlight doesn't even work it has a light effect coming out of it but it doesn't light anything up, if anything its a waste of money in the game I would say its more buggy then hunt down the freeman and that is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. for now i just say its a waste of money, Its a good concept but its to buggy. its in early access so ill give it some slack but I just went over a few of the many bugs I found.
I WOULD PLAY MORE BUT THARS A BUG IT WONT LET YOU OUT OF TATOREAL
