I enjoyed LWT2 when it first came out on the LoP website. But now, it seems like they decided to go for a hasty release instead of releasing a quality product. And honestly, I blame the AI generated content. Using AI to upscale existing content, or generate extra background is fine IMO. But clearly, AI was used for some animation, and came out with a poor result (there is a scene where one of the girls is basically being ♥♥♥♥-punched in the cheek instead of blowing it). Also, it happens too often that the animation doesn't match the text describing the scene: I see that as an extra sign that the animation was given afterwards by a guy who tried to do what he could with some AI, but couldn't get it to do exactly what he had in mind, but ended up leaving it that way because he had to meet a deadline. Even if it's not AI, it shows sloppy management at best. Either it's bad quality control (whoever assembled the story with the animation should have seen it, and whoever playtested it as well), or bad decision making (last minute rewrite, but no time/money to redo the animation?). Point it ruins the immersion. You guys managed to do a decent work with LWT1, why can't you do the same with LWT2 when it has only like a 1/4th of the content?

Continue having fun with your wife and nanny but this time in Europe. The addition of having to beat your cousin is an interesting aspect (wish I knew how he increased his score though) requiring you to think what choices you make or where you go. The option to cheat and unlock all scenes and endings after 1 playthrough is a valuable addition as in order to unlock all scenes and endings you need multiple playthroughs and managing character score carefully. Still, if you want to get all the character stories you will need to play the game and its worth it. New characters are pretty, new scenes are really well made. Animations are top especially the juice flow! All in all a worthy sequel! 1. Model Types - White, Dark Hair, Redhead, Blonde 2. Clothing - School, Clubbing, Night Dress 3. Sexual Orientation - Straight, Lesbian 4. Sexual Positions - Blowjob, Anal, Tit Job, Cunnilingus, Threesome, Gangbang 5. Fetishes - Cheating, Wife Sharing, Cuckold, BDSM, Dominant, Sub 6. ♥♥♥ - Creampie, Face, Swallowing
"american sunset" is great, this one is, not
Living with Temptation 2: French Confessions is an adult visual novel that expands on the relationship-driven formula of its predecessor by placing players in a glamorous yet emotionally volatile vacation in the French countryside. Developed and published by Lesson of Passion, the story follows Justin, his wife Tracy, and their nanny Lisa as they accept an invitation to stay at an extravagant estate owned by one of Tracy's wealthy relatives. What begins as a relaxing escape soon becomes a complicated journey filled with temptation, secrets, unexpected encounters, and life-changing decisions. The narrative revolves around how every choice influences trust, romance, and desire, allowing players to shape the direction of the story instead of simply following a predetermined path. A major strength of the game is its commitment to meaningful choice. Conversations, relationships, and key events are built around branching decisions that can dramatically alter character dynamics and ultimately determine which ending players receive. Rather than focusing exclusively on adult content, the game attempts to create emotional weight by presenting difficult choices involving loyalty, curiosity, jealousy, and personal values. This approach makes each playthrough feel unique, encouraging players to revisit the story to explore alternate outcomes, hidden scenes, and different relationship paths that reveal new aspects of the characters. The French setting plays an important role in establishing the game's atmosphere. Lavish mansions, elegant gardens, luxurious parties, high-end restaurants, scenic landscapes, and exclusive social gatherings provide a convincing backdrop for the unfolding drama. These environments are more than attractive scenery, as they reinforce the themes of indulgence and temptation that define the experience. Throughout the vacation, the protagonists meet several new characters whose personalities and intentions introduce fresh opportunities, conflicts, and emotional complications, preventing the story from becoming repetitive despite its focused cast. Visually, Living with Temptation 2: French Confessions delivers polished character artwork and detailed backgrounds that effectively capture the sophistication of its setting. Character expressions help communicate emotional shifts during conversations, while animated intimate scenes add a greater sense of movement than traditional static visual novels. The interface remains intuitive, allowing players to navigate dialogue, choices, and progression with ease. A fitting soundtrack complements both the relaxed atmosphere of the holiday destination and the more dramatic moments as relationships become increasingly complicated. Beyond its presentation, the game includes light gameplay systems that enhance the storytelling. Character progression, interconnected events, and multiple branching routes encourage players to carefully consider their decisions rather than selecting options at random. Because many storylines are interconnected, seemingly minor actions may influence later developments, making experimentation rewarding. The abundance of endings and alternate scenarios provides strong replay value for players who enjoy uncovering every possible narrative route and discovering how different decisions reshape the overall experience. The game is not without shortcomings. Its pacing can occasionally feel slow, particularly during lengthy dialogue sequences between major story developments. Players interested in unlocking every scene may also find themselves repeating substantial portions of the story, as some events require very specific choices to trigger. Although post-launch updates have addressed various technical issues and improved overall stability, a few rough edges remain, and newcomers should expect an experience that prioritizes narrative progression over traditional gameplay mechanics. Overall, Living with Temptation 2: French Confessions succeeds as a branching adult visual novel that places significant emphasis on player choice and relationship development. While its mature themes naturally target a niche audience, the game distinguishes itself through its layered storytelling, attractive presentation, luxurious setting, and multiple narrative paths that reward replayability. Players looking for a visual novel where decisions carry lasting consequences and character relationships evolve based on their actions will find plenty to appreciate. Although its pacing and occasional technical imperfections prevent it from being flawless, it offers a satisfying blend of romance, drama, and interactive storytelling that stands out within its genre. Rating: 7/10
compared to the first game this is ♥♥♥♥, it lasts less than 30 minutes to get an ending, its rather disappointing...
Actually really well done. Entertaining story choices and A+ animation.
I have been a huge fan of this series, and hope it continues. In fact, all of the Lessons of Passion games are winners. French Confessions adds a lot to the original story.
I played an earlier version of this game a few years ago on the developer's website. I can say for a fact that they improved an already exciting game quite a bit when they brought it to Steam! Kudos to the devs, too, for planning DLCs to follow. I think a DLC exploring a visit from the French couple to LA would be great, perhaps including crossover characters from American Sunset including Hannah and Sandy. Or maybe that French stewardess visits LA? Or happens to run into Justin in an airport? Whatever the devs plan, I think the new content will continue to improve the franchise. Highly recommend!
