Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Warning: Asset Flip!
"Little Big Guy" is a simplistic survival/crafting game which is no surprise as it's an asset flip. The developer purchased Survival Engine - Crafting Building Farming by Indie Marc from the Unity store to build his game. This in itself wouldn't be a problem - that's what assets are made for, after all - but the amount of customization they put in equals to almost zero. There are some modifications to the code - easy to find with ILSpy thanks to their different name space, coding style and poor naming conventions - but they mostly involve spawning some objects for different holidays like Christmas. I was also able to spot asset files which by the naming convention seem to mostly stem from the POLYGON Knights - Low Poly 3D Art by Synty asset pack. I don't know where they are used or if they are used at all. Again, this alone wouldn't be a problem - Synty Studio makes fantastic visual assets and if you're "only" a programmer with no artistic talent why not use them? The main menu scene is also an asset, although not from the store but from a tutorial by SpeedTutor which is available on his Patreon page. Take a look at this video and try to spot the difference. The problem with this "game" lies in the fact that the "developer" didn't seem to have any clue what he was doing nor did he have any kind of ideas on how to improve upon the lackluster foundation the Survival Engine asset pack was delivering. Just throwing asset packs together and hitting "export" doesn't make you a game developer, it's just lazy and exactly what we call "asset flipping". As usual, avoid like the plague.
Warning: Asset Flip!
Little Big Guy is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Albatross Idea, took the Survival Engine Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Indie Marc, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. It gets worse... "Survival Engine" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from Albatross Idea:

"PaperCraft", asset flipped by Cinnamancer Studios
Take a look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! Albatross Idea has a known history of trying to scam people into paying them money for someone else's work. One example of Albatross Idea doing this is Resistance TD, which is really the "Tower Defense Toolkit 4" asset, written by the actual developers, SongGameDev. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Survival Engine" is just a demo/tutorial pack to teach people how to make a simple top down 3D survival game in Unity, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so a copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Albatross Idea.
its a good game but i cant really fish whenever i try m guy runs into the water. and it would be nice if there was tutorial. besides that after you get the controls down its pretty fun.
Rating: 7.8/10 Little Big Guy is a casual action-adventure game that combines exploration, light puzzle-solving, and platforming with a charming visual style. Players take control of a small but determined protagonist, navigating colorful environments, overcoming environmental obstacles, collecting useful items, and interacting with quirky characters along the way. The game emphasizes accessible gameplay, rewarding curiosity and careful exploration rather than fast-paced combat. The game's appealing presentation, relaxing atmosphere, and easy-to-learn mechanics make it an enjoyable experience for players looking for a lighthearted adventure. Exploring each area and uncovering hidden secrets provides a satisfying sense of progression, while the charming world helps keep the experience engaging. Although the gameplay can become repetitive over longer sessions and some puzzles may feel simplistic, Little Big Guy is a solid choice for players who enjoy casual platforming, exploration, and wholesome indie adventures.
