Was a fun game. It no longer works, just constant crashes
I was in a hunt of Spore like microbe games and came across with Lifeforms: Binary Fission and Thrive. While both went different directions, they are fun at their own direction. Lifeforms: Binary Fission is a more arcadey rogue-lite game where you control one cell, and gets new perks every time you divide. Eventually you became a population, a swarm that you could dominate the space. The game looks good and got great game feel. It's pretty solid fun for a few hours. I like the games' direction as a "divide (myself) and conquer", so there is more actions are competition. I hope the game could add more depth to the biology of the species itself. Now the traits are limited and multiple food sources feel the same. It'd be great to combine with Spore like mechanics that you have more control of what microbes you want to grow into. Very solid small game and a good base for more updates or even a sequel. Looking forward!
I just finished the game. It is incredibly fun!! If you have played Spore then it is basically the cell stage done right. You choose the type of cell you want and the food you cell will eat. The more food you eat, the faster you level up. When you level up your cell splits. The individual cells can also split up too. There are 12 levels - some levels require a certain population while most allow you two win by eliminating everyone else. When you level up, you get more abilities. It is a simple concept honed to perfection! A really fun experience and I am looking forward to what other features or games the developers will make in the future!
cant even play, the main menu does not work.
Not my style of games, but decent gameplay overall. Progression is a little slow and decent concept.
Why does the Sugar producers (Envoirment) launch you??? and why is Level 3's Orange Spiral Japper's OP and is unkillable??? and why does it reset my progress to nothing every single day?
It’s really fun... it reminds me of Spore, which is why I bought it...
Its a very n ice game. for the sandbox mode, I was expecting something like survival, so please note that. the only problem, in my opinion, is that lipids are kind of hard to find. overall, a really good game.
