It isn't nearly as much fun as the game its copying, Tower Wizard.
Unfinished A.i Slop..
A game that only has a few interactions. Compared to Tower Wizard this is just a grindy mess. In the game you build up the tower. Getting more and more upgrades with each interaction. First it is upgrades to get more mana/light. From there you spend it on automation and souls. From there stone and food. Followed knowledge. Reach that point then slowly unlock research that gives you more and more mana/light and/or stone. Depending on which one you pick. During this progress monsters will start attacking your base. I did it all manually at first to eliminate them. Slowly unlocking druids. That attack them with decay. Doing a slow interaction. Gather enough materials gain more regions which unlocks more units (They are all called warriors for some reason even mages...) Get all 6 types unlocking the final boss. Then you beat the game. The demo has the best part of the game. Lasting 30 minutes. After that you have barely anything else added other than more enemies and having to buy more upgrades to do more damage. Each enemy has a million or so hp. Whereas the final boss has infinitely more. Do I recommend this game? Nope.
Game wasn't cooked properly. Needing a patch every day just to address simple things is unacceptable. I ended up getting sick of it and got a refund when it was freezing my PC just trying to tab it into the background and to have to fight an idle game just to get it into the background is wild; it doesn't have a proper windowed mode either, it's basically fullscreen or borderless window that you can't move around the screen regardless.
Uninspired and grindy
The game has charming graphics and an interesting gameplay, BUT the simply terrible UI and missing QoL makes it unenjoyable. Stone and Food just lose their value after the first half to an hour, so i feel like i would have gotten more value on my time by putting their souls into others, like the Research Acadamy. Other resources drop of as well. UI: - aiming the laser is terrible; it doesn't go where you point your mouse - when navigating to a station you are likely to hover over another and hence get their "popup" QoL: - almost no automation -- give us an option to autobuy souls -- give us an option to repeat arena training until max or point x -- give us an option to autotarget enemies with your warriors Bugs: - can't add "Food" in the research window - can't draw spells - text for spells is unreadable (blocked by the portal) - Transmutation Chamber not working (can't click anything and shortcuts ZXC aren't working either)
Uncomplete game
This is a blatant ripoff of Tower Wizard. That wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, if not for the fact that this game is bad in every single aspect.
Not a bad game in itself and the artwork is quite pretty, but it's way too buggy for a full release.
Game performance is really bad, uses up so much memory for what the games appears to be.
