Don’t bite off more than you can chew.

I don't even know who might like this. I think that such games only contribute to the aggravation of the situation and very rarely can help anyone. Think twice before buying. Especially if you have a difficult life situation.
After 3 hours of playing, I came to the conclusion that the game is rather boring and monotonous, I don't even know who might like it. I believe that such games only exacerbate the situation and very rarely can help someone. Friends, I do not recommend it.
I didn't find it entertaining, or funny, or deep. The "we're trying to teach you about suicide!" disclaimer on game start is patently untrue based on the tone of the game. Humor fell flat for me, might work for you. Some levels (like the bathtub suicide) have some bugs that interfere with satisfying completion criteria requiring a restart of the level, but nothing that makes the game unplayable. The graphics are enough but are re-used throughout all levels. Sound is good enough for what it is. Can be completed in 30 minutes. The creator demonstrated a level of technical competence that demonstrates that a good product could be produced with more resources; I couldn't make this thing and the feat on its own was impressive..
What a rip-off. Almost zero effort went into this. They went only for the bare shock value and forgot to make a game around it... or any kind of meaningful experience for that matter. The explicit graphics are simplistic and suck. You're always playing the same guy in the same apartment in each level ruining the immersion especially since the game's shop descreption clearly mentions characters as in several of them. This is just lazy.
And the psychological and emotional aspects of dealing with depression and suicidal thoughts is non-existent.
All you do to clear a level is to kill yourself for vague reasons only briefly explained in a textbox that you can't revisit. And you can't even get creative. You're specifically told how to off yourself and what to do to make it happen.
It's obvious that they put no thought into any of this and went only for the shock value.
Also, I know from experience that this is not how suicidal people behave. This stupid "game" is either a joke or an insult to people with real problems.
This is not deep. This is not emotional. This is not tragic. This is not smart. This is not even funny.
A syrup-covered lemming g@ngbang suicide is more serious than this "game".
I enjoyed this game, I got some kind of dark catharsis out of it. The darkness of death might seem jarring but for someone who's been contemplating suicide it's common and taboo. It's interesting in that way, like a little lure. The way we talk about suicide and fear it results in a suppression of conversation and human connection. As scary as it seems darkness is something of a bridge to people in pain. I don't think this game would be made by anyone who didn't hold a great deal of empathy for others
Was not as dramatic as described, but it definitely was an absurd experience and the game is definitely worth the money. The art is pleasant and the music is really nice and depressing. Music is, probably, the best part of the game, so you should check this game out at least to listen to the soundtrack.
Full playthrough w/ all achievements here (once it uploads): https://youtu.be/7LlSE2DUVzw The game is okay in my opinion it's not really great the humor kinda fell flat for me with all the pedophilia etc. I like that there's an optimistic message at the end, but the journey overall was kinda bland and monotonous it's pretty easy to get all the achievements though and it's only 89 cents I'm usually pretty into dark absurdist humor, but for me this was just okay.
This is a game that I wish I could recommend it as in the middle. First, the graphics are okay, nothing good or overly bad. I did think it was weird that they used the same person for each scenario (but I think it was kinda cute that it was pointed out in-game in later levels). It was also a bit weird just having the idea that all these people living in the same building (which I guess I could assume is "hey everyone experiences these feelings too!" instead of not going through the effort of making the building look a bit different). The game itself involves 9 different scenarios with each level making the player commit suicide. The gameplay is really simple and straight forward. I did experience a couple bugs in the game. In one level, I couldn't pick up a bucket and had to get at it from a specific spot. In level 8, if the person gets beat up from non-dangerous guys, he was unable to get back up and I had to reload the level. In level 4, the task to place all items correctly has to be done in the correct order or it doesn't register as the "right" spots. There is no window mode, although alt+enter does work but it's still nearly the same size as fullscreen with no way to adjust the size manually. There are also some grammar issues as well. Most of the story was okay, nothing overly bad but nothing great. I did have an issue with level 5, the NPC gave out a really deep conversation (or attempted one anyway) but ended up insulting the player in the end, which felt like a bad attempt to break up the seriousness? Perhaps it's just me, but I ended up not liking the convo afterwards. My biggest issue with the game was the times where it mentioned that the person was stupid for wanting to commit suicide. For a game that's wanting to convey a positive message about fighting suicide, to call someone stupid (even if it's the "character" calling themselves stupid) is pretty harmful. Especially to someone who may actually experience depression and suicidal thoughts. The only saving grace for these comments was at the end of level 10 and choosing not to commit suicide. It was a pretty good uplifting and positive message. Overall, it might not be the best game for suicide awareness nor for anyone with severe depression. However, for a short game, it wasn't too bad. But, for the price ($2.99 USD), it is a bit expensive for such a short game with little to offer in gameplay. I would suggest waiting for a sale to grab this game.
