In the past I played other VR boxing games for fitness and managed to lose 15 kg (333 hot dogs or 2.5 Golden Retrievers for my U.S. readers) but damn, this game takes the experience to a whole new level. It introduces new movements that engage your entire body, coaches who keep you on track throughout each session, and most importantly, the one thing most other games fail to deliver: GOOD MUSIC! At the time of writing this review, I'd already completed a couple of sessions and I can honestly say it felt like a full-body workout (arms, core, and legs), unlike other VR boxing experiences that mostly have you punching and squatting. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Rachael & Dan are better coaches than actual coaches I have had in real life. FYI: If you need some great cardio with structure and you love boxing this game is for you!!

Офигенная игра для кардиотренировки. Отзанимался уже 6 часов и и было все супер, но последнее время, если вы хотите сохранять свой прогресс то, нужен впн... В наших реалях это не проблема, но обидно. Через 3 недели мне, как и любому наскучило, но я нашел выход. Запускаю через стим, а не через Virtual desktop, и в стиме можно где угодно закрепить окно рабочего стола (хоть в пространсве, хоть на кисте руки и т.д.) я просто запускаю ютуб на этом экране, выключаю голос который должен тебя подбадривать (на англ языке) и все, по сути тренируюсь и параллельно на заднем плане смотрю ролики, это лучше чем открывать похожее окно в самом quest (в это случае велик шанс случайно нажать на экран, а тут случайные нажатия невозможны). Надеюсь я не сумбурно тут все объяснил, но повторю это лучший фитнес вр который я пробовал, потеешь мгновенно))) Да, это не Beat saber, где прикольно можно помахать мечами под музыку, но тут и другая задача. Короче лайк.

Get it. It's terrible in the best way possible. I've tried a bunch of similar workout games and none of them made me feel so tired it's ridiculous. This deserves way more attention. Just get ready to enter your height and weight in not freedom units.

I have yet to try a better VR workout that burns as many calories as this. Can hit about 100 calories per 10 minutes of play pretty easily, with plenty of room to increase that. Played a ton on metaquest, ended up rebuying on steam. No big differences really, still worth it though. Extremely polished in just about every way. Menus, organization, variety, coaching are all top notch.

Пожалуй лучшее приложение для домашних тренировок. Единственная проблема - в РФ не коннектится к серверам и с первоначальным запуском у меня были проблемы, хотя в игре есть офлайн режим. Пришлось использовать сами знаете что для того чтобы работали сетевые функции.

运动节奏可以，但是没有中文配音很没有代入感，什么时候把中配加入我再改好评
