LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight

I last played a lego game in 2008. I was just 8 years old. Me and my brother were given an Xbox 360 and Lego Batman: The Videogame as a present which took my mother and father months of work to be able to purchase. I am now 25, and can purchase this game on my own. There is a nostalgia that cannot be compared and seeing a game that I played as a child be reborn with this level of finesse and care while keeping true to the game i played so long ago is so great to see and play. I definitely recommend getting this.

This game is amazing, just an optimization

When i was a kid, i used to play the original Lego Batman with my dad before going to bed, and it was something we always bonded over. So for that reason I felt a special obligation to play and 100% this game. For die hard lego fans, this will be a big departure from what they are used to. There is a limited roster, and no free play. Some may find that a deal breaker. Despite that, I do wholeheartedly believe that this is an example of TT's best. The arkham inspirations shows; and it's clear how much love and passion the developers put into this game. If you like Batman in any form, this game is for you. There aren't many games I feel motivated to 100% and then go beyond 100%. The brutal bats are a very fun challenge for veterans. Overall I would rate this game a personal 10/10; even though it is very different than past games, it is a love letter to the caped crusader, and it genuinely feels like a well put together story.
