The last of the LEGO Batman games and what I would argue is the best. Simple straight forward LEGO fun as you try to defend your home. I believe it is also the biggest roster of DC characters assembled in a LEGO game thus far. However, I have not played LEGO DC Super Villians yet so I could be wrong too. Pros: - The game helps you along the way with hints throughout. I'm not just talking about simple prompts, but actually makes use of canon characters that live in the 5th dimension to give hints. - As mentioned the roster of characters is massive with each character utilizing their own skill/power sets. However, this does have a draw back listed in the Cons section. - While not playing the levels there are multiple hub worlds to explore that have more for you to break, build, and discover. Cons: - Sometimes the hints just become too much or prompt, but then your character does not do what they should have done. - While the overall character roster is awesome, the most fatal draw back is the lack of diversity of power beings. By this I mean you could find something all lantern characters should be able to utilize. However, sometimes they just, don't. Not to mention it is REQUIRED to have The Atom to even get some characters. - It is awesome to explore multiple worlds. However, they kinda squished the worlds down into small things that you can still get lost on. Overall the game is fun. I see it as being on par with similar LEGO superhero games with flaws. For the achievement hunter out there I see no reason not to try this game out, if you are that type of gamer.
