Legend of Fae

I had a blast! Legend of Fae is unexpectedly addicting! Some parts of the game haven't aged well, and it shows it came out in 2011, but the art is cute, the gameplay is fun, and I enjoyed exploring the world as it was before Fae Tactics and meeting familiar faces. The gem breaking and the elemental affinity mechanics were straightforward and easy to understand, yet mastering them took me some effort. The hard mode endgame definitely gave me a good challenge, and as the store page states, it was indeed a dangerous journey. I played the game in Kubuntu 24.04 with Proton, and it ran without issues.

nerviges hin und hergespringe zwischen zwei Spielebenen, Aktionen werden durch unnötige Mitteilungen unterbrochen. Supernervig, sehr langweilig.

Nice game, lovely story. But get's kinda hard from lvl 30 onward.

More Casual Puzzle Quest-ish game. The match three element is nice and it mixes things up from time to time. Unique art style and a nice little game.
