Legacy of the Elder Star — это атмосферная RPG с глубоким сюжетом и уникальной механикой.
Great game, with length about 0,5h for just one playthrough, offering FAIR controls. This is one of things, that really is bad in many 2015-2020 indie games - bad controls. Here, they are EPIC! Story-wise I can't tell - didn't pay much attention, and didn't know you have to wait to next text to appear (I clicked, which skipped text parts). Graphics are also good enough - there are not objects that can be mistaken with bullets. Music was solid piece.

A good game, but not my genre. It's too fast-paced and focused on high scores. I prefer space shooters from the days of the Nokia 3310.
A fun, free to play mouse-controlled shmup with good music and five stages to complete. Your primary weapon can be set to autofire, with the other means of attack being a shielded "ramming" attack useful both for offense and defense, and a special attack geared towards larger enemies, which can used when the meter is built up. The shielded "ramming" attack is a great approach to dealing with enemies appearing to the left of the screen, and it's satisfying to use in clearing a group of enemies this way. You are in complete control using the mouse, during this attack, limited only by the short duration. I like this better than the "reverse attack" or weak rearward-firing weapons found in many other shmups. Beating the game unlocks new weapons to replay it with and compete for a higher scoreboard position, with ranks to mark your progress, so that there's a feeling of progression even if you don't break into the top ranks. The only knock against this system is, I didn't find the first unlocked weapon, the shotgun, to be an improvement on the starting weapon of two machinegun-like blasters. Being far more situational than just a stream of bullets. This game was fun, upbeat, and left me with a good feeling. Strongly recommended.

Lovely traditional shmup, adorable protagonist, you can play it with one hand and it's for free. Great stuff.
Really fun and fast-paced game, even if certain part of it feel a little punishing. Really recommend it for anyone that loves mouse-controlled shmups.
