Reviews
Another thrilling FMV game from the British studio Wales Interactive. A fast-paced, dynamic story full of suspense. The beautiful and captivating May Ling. Professional camera work, convincing performances, and an energetic soundtrack. I enjoyed the game most as a thrilling ride on my first playthrough, with quick, spontaneous decision-making and no overthinking. A minor drawback is that the game doesn’t allow you to fast-forward through scenes, unlike newer FMV games from the same studio. (But the game isn’t too long, so it doesn’t matter that much). Overall, a well-made, fast-paced FMV game with likable performers.
This is again one of those games, that has been on my backlog for a long time. First FMV ever played. The acting is nice, the story good, the time for making decisions sufficient and the possibility to pause the game in case one gets distracted adds to the positive experience. Runs well, although at the start it had a little bit of a "slow fps issue"(RTX 4070, 8GB, Win11 25H2), it seems. Bottom line: strong recommendation on this one. Good replay value due to different decisions leading to 7 possible endings.

Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Jul 25 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

очень радостно на душе от того, что мои 500 рублей пошли на фарфоровые чашки!!!! 感谢中国遗产的保护!
One of the best FMV games I've played. it really gets you moving and immerses you into its world. I would absolutely recommend this game to everyone, and even for it's full price it's a steal.
Çünkü oyunda KLAVYE KULLANMADIM bile am*na koyum. Oyunda sadece ekrana bakıp olan biteni mal gibi izliyorsun, pardon oyun demişim FİLM olacaktı. Arada bir seçim yapıyorsun sadece o kadar. Siz kendiniz ben ekrana bakmayı seviyorum diyorsanız gidin film açın izleyin. Bune boktan oyun böyle 1 saat sürdü zaten öyle aham şaham bi hikayesi de yok. Bence almayın aga kötü.
Right from the start, the vibe signals something special. Even the title feels right. I got caught off guard by the first choice. The story is fast-paced, it gets you hooked, makes you wonder what is going to happen next. I noticed that some of the small choices early on affect later major outcomes. This is something that many choices-matter games fail to do. The cast and acting were surprisingly high-quality. In some scenes, the inner voice of our protagonist speaks, handled really effectively. The overall flow is so structured and seamless that small weaknesses don't bother at all. You can play 2 runs in a row and it won't be boring, the length is just fine. Be aware, you cannot skip scenes in this movie, even when you replay it, so achievements are going to take some time. It took me 6+ hours to get them all and watch every ending. The variety of endings genuinely surprised me — very well done. One con to mention is that sometimes some scenes would get cut right before the dialogue ends. This doesn't ruin anything, but still, makes you wonder if anyone watched the full thing before release. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3758556086

it was alright, i had fun on the first playthrough. going back for the achievements though was a grind, you can't skip through cutscenes
the subtitles are completely unacceptable, they're constantly inaccurate yet they're on by default?? the music is also too loud by default and since there are functionally no subtitles, it's difficult to make out what characters are saying at times. some cuts come in too soon and in my first play-/watch-through i ran into characters repeating information that they had just covered. mei-ling shares some lines with matt in scenes where she's optionally present, it's so weird for her to say the exact same lines. the story itself is nothing special but it's enough to keep the player invested, the indoor scenes are lit really nicely especially the first auction house visit, and the performances were usually pretty good. i'm excited to see what ctrlmovie can do in the future
