Last Spirit Origin

[h1]Last spirit.[/h1] ... well, out of 4 if you have friends. There is a boss that spawns fish hooks across the map, which reel you to him and deal damage if you are not careful. My favorite moment was realizing i can turn invincible with swordsman character ability and just use them as a means of transportation across the map. Boss teleports between players, so it works best in multiplayer. [h3]Gameplay[/h3] Top down shooter roguelite with multiplayer option for up to 4 players. Objective is to kill X amount of mobs on a map and defeat big boss at the end. Some extra objectives are scattered randomly on a map. there are 4 active skills per playable character, but your main power comes from items. You can open cheap chests with random items, or open more expensive "transparent" chests if you want specific items for your build. There are various shops between levels. Most of items are unlocked by spending crystals from objectives and bosses. Some rare ones are locked behind fun achievements. There are quite a few items to unlock, but eventually this crystals would just pile up and become nothing, there needs to be some rework there, unlocking with achievements just feels better. Some achievements give you cosmetics like hats. [h3]Multiplayer[/h3] Multiplayer is fine, with convenient lobby. I did have trouble playing with people who are too far away. I wish there was more interactions between players, there are only couple of items that work better if you are together. [h3]Visuals/Music[/h3] There is some charm to it, that is unfortunately all i can say. Music needs some work. [h3]Overall[/h3] Nice, potentially good. Had some good time with friends and alone. Developer seems to work on a game, so i am looking forward to what's come.
