Last Hopeless

Очень напоминает «Жертвоприношение Айзэка», правда выбираем мы бонус из случайно имеющихся с самого начала игры, с которым и начинаем выживание. Потом, на выпавшие из монстриков монетки, выбираем что-то новенькое и пытаемся продержаться ещё дольше. Нужно двигаться и направлять взор персонажа для атаки, где самые опасные для нас скопления враждебной массы, чтобы не зажали и найти что-то ещё, ну с умом предметы выбирать для успешного выживания. А потом можно просмотреть всё то, что открыть удалось в альманахе и придумать примерную тактику для успешного выбора предметов в дальнейшем. Хоть и ранний доступ, но выживается с удовольствием!

You move your character around, waiting for the zombies to die, collect money and items, choose one of three random upgrades. This is a fun and exciting game. Last Hopeless is actually prettier in motion than it is in screenshots.

I have fallen in love with the genre Vampire Survivors. From time to time I buy toys of similar genre, some of them are just amazing, some of them are not very good, and some of them are average. And Last Hopeless is average. I didn't like the graphic style at all. The gameplay is the same as in similar genres. Well, and there are achives :)

На сей раз нас стравливают с целым войском кровожадных зомби, но при этом главный герой имеет все шансы выбить мозги из захватчиков. Куча оружия, прокачка буквально всего и вся, приятная графика и хорошая озвучка ходячих мертвецов. Достижения работают прекрасно и их интересно выбивать, цена вкусная, а вдобавок игру постоянно обновляют, добавляя новые предметы и убирая баги, которых и так уже почти нет. Игра хоть и в раннем доступе, но уже выглядит опрятно, играть весело и интересно. Если не знаете английского, то это не беда. 游戏系统有点意思，跟其他吸血鬼 like 有差异，用了不少物理 作者更新很频繁，希望能早日蜕变！

Last Hopeless is a blast! This survival game keeps it simple – you're the last person standing against hordes of zombies. The best part? You just control the direction; the AI handles the rest. Gather gold, kill zombies, and snag cool reinforcement items for extra fun. What hooked me are the 96 different items, from melee to range weapons. Each has unique features, and some even amp up others. I'm already eager for updates.

An excellent result for an indie developer. The idea is interesting, but the fonts are too simple in my opinion, I would like something more interesting.

As an EA game, Last Hopeless has some issues and bugs for sure. But meanwhile I am able to see something new from it than stereotyped survivor games. 3D survivor-like games always feel different from their 2D counterparts. The way the character moves, the collision when the character bumps into enemies, the moving and attacking animation ... not saying how decent they are in current status, just different. However, the most difference is about the upgrade items. Almost all equipped items are shown on the character's body, visually indicating what they are currently own and able to do. Also, the items provide enhancements differently than gradually transforming the character into a bullet shooting machine, such as the football helmet that provides dashing ability and armor, the cola can that slows down the enemies who tread on it, and the battery that enchants electricity attribute to attacks, just to name a few. I'm not saying the game is decent enough at the moment in any way, because it's not. However, I believe that given time, gradually the developer will be able to patch the title with more unique ideas and solve the issues regarding currently flawed gaming mechanisms and imbalanced items. Personally I hope to see a more complete game in the future: more stories, more item collocating pattern illustration, and a more visually pleasing UI.
