About
You can find the current roadmap in the pinned post within the Discussion section!
Your father has passed away. He didn't leave you any yachts or millions-just a modest inheritance, a few questionable stocks, one apartment, and a harsh reality check. The road to the top won't be easy. Before you can buy your next property and start a real business, you'll have to build from the ground up. Side hustles, odd jobs for locals, and pinching every single penny await you.
The beginning of the game is relentless and requires patience. But once you build a stable financial foundation, real estate will become your ultimate playground. Do you have what it takes to rise from a common worker to a renowned property tycoon?
From Zero to Your First Million Every real estate mogul had to start somewhere. Early on, your main source of income will be taking on small gigs and tasks for neighbors. These odd jobs will help you survive and hoard enough capital for your next investments. You have inherited one property right at the start -you can rent it out while completing quests for extra cash. Or you can take a risk and try to multiply your money trading stocks, crypto, or precious metals.
Complex Real Estate Market Simulation Property prices dynamically respond to market reality - location, size, and wear and tear. Every property is a unique challenge. Will you buy a dilapidated downtown apartment for a complete overhaul, or a cheaper property on the outskirts where you risk problematic tenants? The choice is yours.
Tenants: Allies, or Your Worst Nightmare? Every tenant has a hidden backstory, unique personality, and financial track record. Before signing a lease, you can screen them via public registries or talk to them directly. But people lie. Can you spot the red flags before disaster strikes? Prepare for non-payers, noise complaints from neighbors, or tenants spiraling into addiction.
The Criminal Underbelly of Property Management Being a landlord brings shocking moments. What do you do when you discover a tenant is growing weed and mushrooms in the living room, or turned the kitchen into an illegal drug lab? What if they commit a crime and end up behind bars, or straight up pass away in your apartment? Every event drastically impacts your business and property value.
Build Your Landlord Rating & Reputation Your reputation precedes you. Earn landlord rating points that directly dictate your success. The higher your rating, the more people will want to live in your properties, allowing you to cherry-pick the best tenants. If you neglect your properties and tenants, your reputation will tank, and good renters will avoid you.
React to Global Events and Market Crises The world around you never sleeps. You’ll have to constantly adapt to dynamic events - ranging from personal dramas of your tenants to massive global crises like economic collapses or international conflicts. These events can shake the market, disrupt commodity prices, or send inflation skyrocketing.
Financial Markets: Crypto, Stocks, and Precious Metals When you're not fixing clogged toilets, you can multiply your cash on the integrated financial markets. Want to play it safe and steady? Invest in precious metals. Want to ride the wave of volatility and strike it rich quick? Trade stocks or hop onto the cryptocurrency hype train. The market gives you total freedom.
Law and Order (Watch Out for Lawsuits!) Might does not make right in the real estate business. Tenants have rights, and if you act illegally (e.g., unlawfully withholding a security deposit), they will sue. Watch your step, or you'll spend your time in court paying heavy fines instead of counting your profits.
Critical Emergencies and Logistic Pressure Being a landlord isn't just about passive income. Burst pipes, flooded neighbors, burnt-out stoves, or gas leaks. You can fix problems immediately (for a hefty price) or delay them - risking that the damage escalates and costs a fortune later. Plus, think logistically: if you need to show up in person, buy properties smart so you don't have to handle a cross-continental flight in under an hour.
Hardcore Cashflow Management Everything costs money. Taxes, repairs, and insurance. As your empire grows, you can hire accountants to keep an eye on your books. But remember, the larger the enterprise you run, the easier it is to overlook a tiny mistake with fatal consequences.
Progressive App Unlocks: As you get richer, buy better in-game phones/PCs to unlock advanced apps for property management, stock markets, and background checks.
Job & Quest System: Dynamic daily and weekly tasks that help you bridge the slower early game and give you clear, rewarding objectives.
Upgrades & Renovations: Invest in apartment furnishings (from budget basics to high-end luxury), directly influencing your rental yield and the tier of tenants you attract.
Can you manage human nature, survive global crises, and build a real estate empire that outlives you? Balance the economy and dominate the market!

Nice Cozy Game.
Good game I hope it progresses more! Great opportunity for cool things!
This is a fun landlord game, the main game is good on itself, but the minigame gigs is not my favorites. So i try to skip them and focus on crypto trading. Lots of options, you can renovate your property or upgrade them to raise the amount of money you can ask. My opinion: The game has an great potential, but their is some work to do.
It's just not ready - not even for early access. The core gameplay loop is there but you'll likely get bored very quickly. Progression is slow if nonexistent, and they could do more to incorporate the area that you actually live in. Maybe in a couple of years it will be good but it's just not there now.
Well worth the cheap price at this point in Early Access. The slow start is offset by the games you can play like lawn mowing, dog walking, etc and the other options for investment. A very fun game and it is good that that this game is being constantly developed. Works very well on my Steam Deck which I use keyboard and mouse on. I would not be surprised if this got Steam Deck Playable at minimum.
dont buy this game. barely playable with tons of bugs and issues. overlapping ui etc
Even with less than 2 hours in the Game i will say this the Game is 10/10 The dev is a solo dev i came to him with a bug and he got to fixing it right away The truly want to make the game as positive and as good as they possibly can. As a Early Access game i expect bugs i dont expect it to be perfect but the fact this dev is actively trying to make the game as a solo dev and is proactive when it comes to fixing bugs i think this game can go far in the world of indie games its a great time waster if you need to kill time also 10/10
i dont get why this mixed reviews this game quite fun can be slow at start once get hang of it really fun cant wait for more updates what got plan 10/10
