"Will you skip the lecture with me?"
Brittany - The Hot Tennis Girl
"We could make a great coup..."
· Fully immersive first-person perspective
"Ladies I'm Ready" is presented entirely in a first-person perspective, allowing players to become fully immersed in scene interactions. Experience an authentic story and a heartfelt romance with the girl of your choice.
· Multiple story branches, endings, and hidden storylines
The interactive game is designed with dozens of story branches, five unique endings, and multiple hidden storylines. Additionally, there's an in-game achievement system alongside Steam achievements for you to track your progress. In the game, make the choice that resonates with your heart, rather than the "correct" choice, because everyone expresses love differently.
· Acted by real actors, filmed in real-life locations
Unlike typical visual novels, this time it's REAL! Designed for both visual novel enthusiasts and newcomers, because this time, you don't need to read pages of text to enjoy the stories. Instead, you can enjoy it like a movie, with the added thrill of deciding how it unfolds.
· Two girls with distinct personalities
Will it be the outgoing, extroverted girl waiting for someone to accept her love? Or is it the cool but secretly shy girl who finally has the courage to express her feelings? Which one will you pick?
We are Midou Studio, a small studio with big dreams. Our goal is to introduce a new form of media to the world. We love films, we love video games, so why not combine the two?
This form of media is not completely new, in fact, there are plenty of FMV (Full-Motion Video) games on the market. But why haven't they made a splash? We believe that to introduce something new, people need to feel connected to it. Sure, detective storylines are exciting, but not everyone is into murder mysteries.
LOVE, on the other hand, is universal. That's why we started with something simple yet timeless - college romance. When love was just love. Nothing more, nothing less.

Reviews
I can forgive stilted acting and low production values for small budget endeavors. However, good writing doesn't cost that much extra and this game lacks good writing. If this were a class project, cool. Very well done. But as a retail product meant for mass consumption? It falls short. I didn't dislike it. It's sometimes kinda charming. But it's overly simple and ultimately not that interesting. It's cheap enough, I suppose, so if you enjoy FMV games on the whole, maybe it'll be worth it to you. I'll forget about this game before tomorrow.
So this may be one of the most odd reviews I have ever done for a game.
PROS
• The actors for the most part are likeable • The story makes sense for what it's trying to achieve • The locations are pleasant
CONS
• The mother sounds the same age as who she is calling. The worst part is it appears she literally (Yes I did) phoned in the lines. She talks a mile a minute and not in a good way. It is extremely, EXTREMELY bad. Almost as if she was given a time constraint of 30 seconds to say 250 words. I cannot tell if this is on the writers or the vocalist. • No minigames - You get invited to an event, it looks like it's going to prompt you to prepare and then it just cuts away to the next scene? Confusing. • The dad suffers from a similar issue. He sounds the same age as the son with a voice changer to make his voice lower. It is very odd and the audio quality if obvious. • The makeup artist did a terrible job. • I don't blame the actresses for this, but it's apparent the writers are not good. Some things are written terribly and their behavior is very strange. It's like people trying to act like "normal people" based on something that they read on paper. That being said; I'm a little disappointed that the actresses didn't improve the lines that seemed off. High-end actresses will take the reins on something that doesn't read or feel right generally. • The story ends abruptly no matter which way you slice it. The game lacks a prologue or sense of accomplishment. A simple "you win" screen is distasteful. • The back button at the top left of the screen while in a scene is broken. Needs attention immediately.
CONCLUSION
All of that being said; Harshly. I'm going to give this a recommendation for 2 reasons alone. For $4 I think it's fair and this opens doors. This opens doors for English FMV Dating Sims and Adventures which is an untapped market worth millions. This is the first one I have played that is fully in the English language and I kinda don't like reading subs. I support this endeavor, but it is FAR from perfection. They really gotta iron out these issues.
It follows the same style as the Asian FMV games, where you meet people, build relationships through choices, and have the branching storyline. So few FMV games are developed by western studios in that style and intended for an English speaking audience. In fact, I think this is just about the only one I know of. You get the Wales Interactive FMV games and some others, but they're themed very differently. In general, it's a fun but quick little game that you can explore and it allows for some replayability if you want to see how different decisions play out by making use of the branching storyline view. In part, my decision to buy it was motivated by supporting a western studio making such games, but I'm happy that I was able to enjoy the game as well and was able to connect with one of the characters (subjective on how others perceive it, of course). You can see with the way the scenes were shot and the sound quality overall that this is a budget/indy game, but that doesn't make it in any way not worth playing. Some feedback for future games from the studio though (not to detract from my recommendation to play this game):

Some things are explained or raised in multiple, making me think the main character has zero attention span.
More choices would be a nice addition, including during sending texts, or choosing the tone of the response.

There was a point where the main character apologised, but for the life of me I don't know what he did wrong in the first place. I can't decide if that makes it less realistic or too realistic.
The interface seems to take inspiration from Love Is All Around. Not much left to say about this one... but if it looks interesting to you, go ahead and give it a shot! A good FMV game. The acting is good the two main actress are believable. As a play through can be quick but It feels like it could have a sequel which I would buy .
Ladies I'm Ready
Clean your phone screen, it's driving me crazy xD! It took me about 30 minutes to reach my first ending. There are only two girls, not many paths to choose from, it gets boring quickly, and the script isn't great at all, like ''there is a tennis club here ?'' You are in front of it ...anyway this is the worst I've seen in an FMV. It looks like a college project. I honestly don't mean to be harsh but I feel this is constructive criticism. It's ok for people that have never played FMV before, since this one is pretty simple to follow.
No Responsibility Review,只根据个人喜好进行评测: 无责任评测
Very good and fresh acting, well written, good filmed! I love this game, and - of course - the girls, which are looking more natural and acting way more naturally than the girls in chinese/asian FMV. And for this price everyone should give it a try. I hope, we will see more FMV like this and from this team in future!
Well, that's 41 minutes I'll never get back. Finished one route, that will be enough for me. Maybe this was a student project like another review suggested, or just a joke that went too far, but in any case it was bad... and not in a "so bad it's good" way. The acting was slightly painful to watch, but whoever wrote the dialogue, really should reconsider his career choices and preferably never touch a keyboard again. The only part they actually did decent was the music, while it was elevator music style, it was actually written to compliment the dialogue and did it well. At least the game was cheap, only 3.5€. Although to be honest it felt like I should have been the one getting paid to endure it, even though it took less than an hour.
The content of the game is too short!!! The content of this game is way too short and it is definitely not a complete story for me at all !!! It only covers the first four days of college life as a freshman and it ends abruptly just after you choosing the college club. PS: The options of Jess’s route are too greasy. Do you start flirting on the first day you just met each other?
