I didn't think this game could be this good, but I was surprised. I love how old it looks, and you can get a feel for the game through short, low-quality cutscenes featuring some disturbing monsters. The game hit the spot. I was looking for a game like this. It's quite short, though. I also had to use some guides because of how monstrous the maze is.
One of the most enjoyable and immersive experiences I've had in years. The atmosphere is intense and oppressive in such a captivating way, horrors at every turn, unforgiving and weighty combat that has you letting out a sigh of relief after every battle. The ascent to the final fight of the game might be the most anxiety inducing experience I've ever enjoyed in an indie horror game.
игра откровенно говоря КАЛЛ. Эти видики просто ужас + бесконечные загрузки в локациях(хотя учитывая что игра 25 года можно было сделать хотя бы что-то похожее на открытый мир ну или локации больше ♥♥♥)
Great game that does a lot of things well. It really captures that Japanese horror vibe in a neat little 8 or so hour package.
watashi wa takeda yari ashigaru ni gosaimasu
Lovingly crafted dungeon crawler / horror game. Includes fights with greasy henchmen, puzzles, and esoteric nonsense. Once you get the hang of the combat and stop overthinking it, it's a little bit too easy by my estimation. Stamina is basically pointless to manage and by the midgame you will have a ridiculous stockpile of healing supplies. Still, if you like a unique indie experience with some actual gameplay meat on its bones, this is a really really solid one.
Gives the exact experience it was trying to achieve and finishing up just before anything got stale. Some bosses were pretty simple including the final boss but other than that the game is amazing(especially the ost and atmosphere). If you like older Resident Evil, Silent Hill and maybe Kingsfield? you should definitely give this a shot.
I gotta lay off the Salvia
One of the best ps1 styled horror ever existed !
Game is not that long but still what the experience.
