Great Clicker/Idle game! Started rough, But it is an Early Access game after all, Developer has fixed the balancing issues as well as added more content and is really fast when it comes to fixing bugs that have been reported to him.
Pros: +Decent story +Offline gathering +Buildings with specific purposes. Cons: -Not balanced passive income -Minor bugs Great clicker!, really active developer team, always keen to listen to the community and feedback, althought it isn't perfect yet, is rather quick to fix the bugs detected. Obviously is an iterative process and change have and will be made (I hope) to balance and offer a good overall experience
tl;dr: Balancing is waaay off and it'll realistically take hundreds (if not thousands) of years to 100% the game based on the current offline earnings and earnings per tick/click. No way to resize the game window, no options under the "Options" menu (aside from the Credits button), and running the game causes my CPU usage to increase by up to 10%, which is equivalent to the increase in CPU usage for running Yakuza: Like A Dragon on my current build. Yes, a clicker game uses my CPU as much as a fairly massive open-world RPG. EDIT: I was able to resolve the issue with my breaking the bank and not being able to gain money. That being said, I used my horrific cheating tactics to travel 160 years into the future for offline earnings, and I earned only 50% of what was needed for the next upgrade of one of the buildings. This is while earning the same amount per tick (every 0.9 seconds with the upgrades I have) as I would per click. Turning an autoclicker on to click every 1 millisecond makes no noticeable impact on your total money, as the amount you earn per tick/click is incredibly minuscule in comparison to the needed amount for the next upgrade. Based on my 160 year journey into the future and the results I received for the offline earnings, it would take roughly 320 years for me to earn enough for the next upgrade... and that's not even close to the final upgrade. I am going to make the assumption that it would take over 750-1000 years to upgrade everything in the game. ----------------------- There's an "Options" menu with no options... just a credits button. Extraordinarily little to do / click on. And I broke the game by trying to be a sneaky, little cheater boi and advancing my clock, apparently exceeding the amount of money this game is able to recognize. Serves me right for being a filthy cheater. :(
Edit: The developer has currently changed the early game progress so it's now much, much easier to get further into the game. As I've now unlocked other buildings, I can now say that every building has their own upgrades, however when you manually click, instead of getting the bonus of all the buildings combined, it's only the building your mouse is currently over. Old review: Most of this no longer exists, but I'm keeping it up to show that the developer is actively updating their game. The game as it is now feels incomplete, most idle/clicker games when you start slowly give you more to do the longer you play, with some even letting you rebirth/reincarnate/whatever within 3 - 12 hours of playtime, this game however doesn't have that, this game shows you every building you can buy at the beginning. I hope I'm proven wrong as I'm currently still at the first building and I understand that these games take hundreds, if not thousands of hours to complete but to unlock the second building, it would take literally hundreds of hours just to unlock the 2nd building, which is insane. The upgrade from level 12 - 13 is around 125 million and gives 26k every tick, but 13 - 14 is 590 million and gives 33k per click, getting this level was around 15 minutes of active clicking, and that number is going to probably quadruple every time I upgrade. To unlock the second building, the first must be level 50. I enjoy these types of games, so I hope it'll be better soon. Here's a few ideas that might help the game, as well as a bug I found. There needs to be an option to change the window size. The extra upgrades seem pointless in comparison to upgrading buildings, with the exception of the Magic Mushrooms, maybe increase their value or make their bonus a percentage of what the buildings give. When scrolling down the achievements, it keeps pushing me back up making me unable to see the bottom achievements, not that it matters as achievements don't currently give any reward for completing. I'd recommend massively decreasing the cost of upgrades and perhaps have more buildings or some kind of mini-game to play that rewards us. Every so many upgrades, why not have the building get bigger? Although it'll be cosmetic, it'd make me feel like I'm actually making progress. Hopefully the game'll get better soon. Goodluck :)
Pretty boring Took me 15 minutes to hit that point where things slow down to a crawl (all extra upgrades maxed out, they really didn't make any difference anyway) and you can't get anywhere even with an auto clicker. Somethings need to be able to speed up but can't so would take months complete. So 15 minutes to upgrade the statue halfway (250/500) and then forever to the next upgrade. If you're going for achievements, takes 15 minutes to get 50%, takes hours, weeks, months after that.
this game is not as bad as many i've played on steam, i know this game is early access but its a hard grind right now, hopefully the balancing will get sorted soon
Muy simple y aburrido.
This game is really a joke... more like a student trying the first game... The "story" is a collection of few sentences, more like a short tutorial... which block the arrow which is behind... The achievement picture in Steam if you unlock it is not different than the picture if its still locked. The game is super simplistic... I still needed ca. 3 weeks to finish the game and get all achievements... but there is no reset mechanics... its just waiting, logging in once a day... and getting bored by the ugly graphics and minimalistic features. The only positive is, that all achievements work, so its a 3/10, but I will avoid any future game from this "developer".
Very limited game play. You just click and upgrade. Very boring!
You will fall asleep playing this game
