Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 27 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Grab your bike, pedal off and beat back the Greed to save your town. Kingdom Eighties is a story-based tower defense spin-off to the award-winning Kingdom series set in the ‘80s. This is a singleplayer and local co-op (or online co-op via Steam Remote Play Together) adventure with base building and strategy elements, rad aesthetics and a soundtrack inspired by the sweet synth tunes of the ‘80s.
Something disturbing has broken free from the shadows and it's up to you as The Leader to drive the evil back by recruiting your friends and other kids from the neighborhood. Together you will build your defenses and protect the town from the relentless attacks by the mysterious Greed monsters that are trying to steal your family heirloom, the Crown of Creation. For what nefarious purposes, who knows?
Gather your three unique companions, each with special skills, and recruit other kids to build defenses, collect coins and… run a lemonade stand and a pizza shop (among many other things)! Manage the people you recruit, unlock tools and more importantly gear your crew up for the horrors that come at night.
A force, dormant for centuries, has somehow broken free in the ‘80s; Kingdom Eighties is a comic-sized story about the small town Monarch that has come under threat by an unknown evil. It has fallen upon you, as The Leader, to defend it and save the day. Rally the Summer Camp when an evil force of goopy Greed monsters attack and try to break your defenses. Where did they come from and where the heck are all the adults? Uncover clues and discover what happened to everybody else as you repel and fight the Greed back.
Kingdom's iconic, handcrafted art style is back, now with a neon touch coming directly from the ‘80s aesthetics. Chill and vibe with the synthy OST from Andreas Hald, and travel back to the wonder days of bike riding and summer camps, when everything seemed possible.
In the true arcade style, Kingdom Eighties features a new game mode: Survival Mixtapes! Bring your best tactics and strategies to fend off progressively harder waves of Greed in four different episodes including “Back to the Suburbs” and “Greed, First Goo”. Make on-the-fly decisions as certain buildings’ special abilities are disabled and levels feature random mounts. This game mode is sure to put your skills to the test!
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Joguei e platinei o Kingdom Classic, New Lands, Two Crowns e agora o Eighties. A trilha sonora e a ambientação ajudam bastante nisso. Kingdom Classic, New Lands, Two Crowns e Eighties platinados.
I liked it a lot, the story is quite nice and i really liked the idea of playing as a team, all your friends are quite useful too, but i just beat the game on the highest difficulty and i don't think it was very balanced. Whenever you attack a portal on this difficulty, a huge amount of mobs comes out from it, this includes around 30 of the small guys, 3 - 4 big chungus and some of the crabs that charge at you, the game limits you at 2 knights (as far as i know anyways) and the archers that follow them, along with the robot, but this is not nearly enough, after every fight i had to retreat a bit to fix the dumpster, by the time return to the portal's range, i only get to attack 2 times before another huge wave comes out of the portal and it repeats again.. The last portal on chapter 4 was a slog to beat. But even so, the game is great just like the other kingdom games, but if you do not care about achievments, i would not recommend playing on the cursed difficulty
