This game was actually a bit of fun. I found it about medium difficulty, the coins were a pain in the butt to find for all the achievements. Little story, very cute find the objects. Very basic.

I really enjoyed my time playing Kinder Finders. It's a hidden item game with a fun wholesome vibe. Also I enjoy organizing the badges I earned while helping the residents of the town find their missing belongings! The art is adorable, the music is great, and it was a really really fun time.

What a super chill game to enjoy over Easter weekend with my daughter! Soundtrack is super super chill, but really well done. Art and characters are loveable. Great game worth every penny.

In this game, you play as a new member of a club dedicated to helping people by finding lost items. There's no overarching story; just brief snippets of dialogue from characters when you click on them, indicating what they're looking for. The gameplay is straightforward. When you enter a location, start by clicking on any characters marked with an exclamation point. This brings up a bar at the bottom of the screen displaying the items they need. Multiple characters may be present, and you can switch between them by clicking on each one, which changes the item bar accordingly. However, the item bar is purely for reference because you can find items regardless of which character’s list is shown. There are five main locations, plus a bonus summer stage. New areas unlock as you earn badges, which are awarded after you collect all requested items for a character. In total, there are 23 badges to collect. You can freely arrange these badges on your sash, although it’s mostly decorative since your character isn’t visible. Finding items is easy and stress-free. You can click anywhere without penalty, and the scenes are relatively small. While there are no in-game hints, carefully scanning each scene is usually enough. Zooming in helps too because quest items are noticeably sharper than the background, making them easier to spot. After collecting all badges, a bonus quest is unlocked. This final task challenges you to find 90 hidden coins scattered across the five main locations. It’s a bit more difficult, as coins are small and sometimes partially hidden. Still, the game offers some help by tracking how many coins remain in each area.

In short, fun and practically the epitome of "casual"! In "long", I can only describe this game as 'cute' - but in a good way. To me, anyway, and I trend toward whimsical and offbeat :) and in this case, wholesome. The game itself is pretty good (I liked the coin part best - finding that last coin was deliciously frustrating in some locations! :). ) As an experienced HOG player, I would say that it's a somewhat different way to present a hidden object game. Each character has their own list of items, and that is the only list displayed when the creature is tapped. But if you have a semi-decent memory, and see an object for a character list other than what's on the screen, you can still pick it up. The game play is fine , ie, no real surprises mechanically (note that moving entails using WASD or drifting the cursor towards edges of the picture.)
