I gave it an hour. That was about all I could stand. So, first things first, the game has stalker type enemies. I'm fairly certain there are three clowns, though in my hour of play I only saw two and some rat thing in the sewer. The problem with unkillable stalker type enemies is that when there are more than one, you die, a lot. Most of the first 20 minutes of exploring was me getting killed because two clowns would pin me in a booth and just keep slapping me. Because you can't run through them, you can't push them away, and they will stop each other too. I never figured out the deal with the fat bald clown it seemed like I could just duck and he would wander off, unless the clown with his hands over his ears was about, then they would bump each other and get stuck, usually in the only door to the area I was in, effectively ending that play-through because you can't get them to move, you can't mislead/misdirect them and hiding in the toilets doesn't work either, if you close the door near them they still hit you through the door and they stick around. It took me a while to realize the heartbeat like sound was your only clue that they were near. It gets annoying pretty quick because once they spawn in, they stay nearby. I managed to get the first two riddles solved, I started to write a little mini-guide, then gave up. The stalkers are faster than you, your stamina drains too fast, and when there are more than one or only one way into the spot you need to be and they get stuck in the door, its starting over from the beginning. Even ignoring the early, low poly assets, the stiff and wooden movement of the clowns, the puzzles are annoying enough. The clowns are too persistent and annoying to be scary, they just get frustrating fast. I can't tell if there is much of a game hidden here, but I can tell I have neither the patience, desire, nor stamina myself to redo and redo and redo due to the clowns getting stuck, or chasing me around the same square hut over and over. Its free, might as well give it a spin, but it is clearly not for me.

Killer Karnival, oyuncuların terk edilmiş bir karnavalda mahsur kaldığı ve her biri benzersiz duyulara sahip katil palyaçolar tarafından avlandığı birinci şahıs hayatta kalma korku gizlilik oyunudur. Oyunda, karnavalın bir sonraki kurbanı olmaktan kaçınmak için gizli kalırken bulmacaları çözerek kaçmalısınız yoksa....
Rarely does one encounter an interactive experience so thoroughly devoid of merit, so irredeemably atrocious in its conception and execution, that it not only insults the intelligence of its audience but actively seeks to erode it. Killer Karnival—a name that, perhaps unintentionally, reveals more truth than the designers dared admit—is a grotesque affront to both game design and human patience. The premise, ostensibly straightforward—escape a carnival—is burdened under the weight of such incoherence and technical ineptitude that one is left bewildered, not by the game’s intended mysteries, but by the sheer temerity of its existence. Visually, the game aspires to surrealism but lands squarely in the uncanny valley between low-budget horror and a migraine-inducing kaleidoscope. Textures flicker like the dying gasp of a CRT monitor in a thunderstorm, while models appear cobbled together from a macabre collage of freeware asset packs, none of which belong in the same artistic plane, let alone the same dimension. The controls are an abomination unto themselves—a twitchy, sluggish betrayal of the very concept of locomotion. Navigating the carnival’s labyrinthine pathways, which are more arbitrarily confounding than cleverly constructed, feels akin to piloting a bar of soap across an oiled countertop while blindfolded. Narratively, one is treated to a veritable word salad of overwritten journal entries and plot threads so disjointed they appear to have been scrawled on cocktail napkins by a committee of sleep-deprived cryptids. Any attempt at cohesion or emotional investment is unceremoniously obliterated by non sequiturs, tonal whiplash, and the omnipresent sense that none of this was ever meant to be finished—nor should it have been. Perhaps the most egregious sin of Killer Karnival is its mockery of choice and consequence. Decisions masquerade as meaningful, only to funnel the player inexorably toward the same dismal conclusion: an ending of such baffling abruptness and technical ineptitude that I briefly entertained the notion it was a postmodern satire of narrative resolution itself. In sum, Killer Karnival is not merely a bad game—it is a metaphysical calamity. It is the digital equivalent of wandering into a dilapidated funhouse and discovering, to one’s horror, that all the mirrors are cracked and the laughter piped in through broken speakers is your own. I do not recommend this game. I exorcise it.
expansively incoherent and mundane. Way too much work to do the most simple things and without any direction you are exploring with chance for very little progress. Nice artstyle for what it is worth but the gameplay is a basic walking simulator with too many convoluted parts that make very little sense together.
Overall the game is solid, puzzles and mini games were enjoyable, and the aesthetic was neat. Was able to complete the game hit less. Only complaints are that game isn't very scary as the clowns will often get stuck and can easily be outrun. Additionally navigating the map and back tracking was fairly tedious, and I ended up doing some of the puzzles out of order. Overall I enjoyed my time with it.
A typical short game-walker. Find something — I don't know what, and try to escape. And run away from all sorts of f**kers who can kill you.
