loved it-sure it is short but we would not mind paying for additional episodes, let us hope the devs can finance them with our purchase
Great gameplay with unique story - The whole point of VR is to immerse yourself in the game world. As you progress in the game, you will have different interactions with NPCs, and you can have fun with your own character and environment props as well. Could be longer, but I can get that as the story goes first. If you're not good at VR, or if you have difficulty interacting with other people, you can play your character as a "virtual person". This is just a way to get through the game without killing yourself... Story leaves you with a cliffhanger and you want more content.
I would consider this game more as an interactive movie. Pros: Amazing voice-overs and soundtracks. Great story. Interesting props, related to story. Nice feeling of being the main character. Cons: Short (but I guess that was the idea to play and go back to real life lol). Animations needed more love. Elevator game could be more surprising (but I guess that's EA). I'm supporting the idea and looking forward to next episodes! :)
All in all, it gives a unique and immersive journey to explore the most important part of earth: family home... equipped with medical device which connects the brains of your family members (!). You get the unique feeling and knowledge on not so distant future. To fully understand the story, you will need to experience it like an immersive drama. For the story, Kamile VR is comprised of episodes. This is pilot episode. It's short, but has enough of points to feed your curiosity. I like the voiceovers, which connect you with quirky and lovable characters. Have fun 🙂
The basic premise of the game is that of your character being bullied by AI-based organization. You are sent in to a mysterious location to question the experts of the organization and acquire as much information as possible for the sake of your own rescue mission. But you soon find out that you are trapped and your mission is now to escape. Kamile VR is short but highly recommended. I would make more interactions in the kitchen area.
A great experience, though a little short if I'm to be honest. But what is there was really nice to experience, the elevator game was fun if a little bit tedious. As for movement; more types would be appreciated like locomotion and the like. Overall was a good short experience!
Platform: Valve Index (tested) Playtime is short but you don't need more. It's like a short movie - the narrative is full of information, 20 minutes ir enough. If you wanna more, you can go back and explore more props, listem to audio diaries, etc. I would recommend to make selectin of minchapters in menu. Great story. A catchy soundtrack and excellent art style will ensure you feel like Bladerunneresque era.
to short
