"Kaisuo" is, well, don't let appearances decieved you, this is a poorly made and poorly optimised VR tech demo, a basic "puzzle room" where you play around with Chinese puzzle boxes if the game will work with your VR headset and controllers. And you don't mind experiencing a VR slideshow. Looks nice, but isn't. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 15 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.

Kaisuo is a vr puzzle game. Nice atmosphere and graphics. Short game with only 2 chapters. As negatives i have to say that the height was kinda weird in game and that the movement was kinda clunky some times, but it something i overlook and i recomend it for sure cause it a free to play game, and i would suggest to everyone to experience it.

Overall going to give this a recommend even though there were several issues... Issue 1) The first puzzle box area is incredibly dark... Issue 2) I was kneecapped and sunk into the floor about 2 feet Issue 3) Controller pickup orientation was really awkward for some parts, having to invert my wrist 180 degrees Issue 4) Room-scale expects a certain room size and doesn't really warn you if you cant play it... So i played through in front facing. Overall it is worth a download and try. It was very meditative working through the puzzles and they were actually a bit challenging.
+Beautiful +Free +Fun Puzzles -Want more! 4/5 This extremely fun FREE puzzle experience is way, way too short, it's very fun though. I highly suggest downloading it, and enjoying it. However you too will most likely be left wanting more.
Very nice visuals and pretty interesting puzzles. It's very short though. For some reason, the game made me SUPER short. Can't tell if it's by design as I tried everything and couldn't find a way to fix that. The height didn't impact game play and the hands are pretty small so it may really be intentional. I didn't experience any performance issues on my VR potato. My only real complaint was that the movement around the puzzles was VERY inconsistent. Most of the time I would press left or right to move around a puzzle nothing would happen. And the times it would it wouldn't always move the way I expected. Press left and I may snap right or even across to the total opposite side I was just standing. I still recommend it. Probably a good pick if you have someone visiting you want to show off VR to, but don't expect them to be in the game long since it will be completed in just a few minutes.

Really fun escape room. The use of the VR environment in the transitions from the first to second room and the movement of the puzzles was incredible. Only downside was the shortness of the game. I would love to see more.
