Vive la révolution UwU
i love "Peglin". this is peglin with a story! quite nice!! 10/10
A fun Peggle-like with a great story and multiple ways to live through the adventure of Sam.
Put peggle into a funny visual novel and I'm there
This was a good game, but I would hesitate to call it a great game. On the note of good, the main gameplay of this game is basically peggle, which is often a fun time and that is the case to. The Peggle aspect is used both to give your protagonist, Sam, more dialog options and to see whether he failed at events or not. Which means you can miss dialog options or fail to complete a challenges. Thankfully, one of the main strengths of the game is that the story keeps going, even if you fail a challenge. The story is in general a bit of a highlight. Their is a real escalation is stakes which I find very amusing but the standout moments are when Sam is talking to his best friend Ax or his mom Pat. For the bad, peggle is a base game is fun, but sometimes the game seems out of your control. No more then rolling dice in a tabletop game, but it is a factor. That factor is often mitigated with power ups, but the power ups in this game don't seem to do much outside of like 2 of them. Now, you do always get to pick which power up to use when you have access to it, but but that also means a few of the power ups are just kind of left sitting there. If their are good moments for things like the magnet power up, I haven't found it. And while I did like the story, it can be a bit preachy in places and it takes a fair bit of time before I felt in gets emotionally interesting. Admittedly, i beat the game in about 2 and a half hours, so it wasn't a lot of time but it still took longer to get going then I would have liked. Still, if you can get past the bad (or it just doesn't really bother you like it does me), then I think this is a good short video game if you have a free afternoon.
This game was a lot of fun and the story was entertaining! I like that you have to play peggle in order to unlock certain dialogue options which makes it a bit more thrilling. The art style is pretty cool too and there are multiple endings but I was happy with the ending I got.
Played Jump the Track on stream and it turned into pure, glorious chaos in the best way. The physics are hilarious, the surprises land perfectly, and every successful jump felt like a community victory. It’s fast, it’s frantic, and it’s an absolute blast with chat cheering, roasting, and backseat-engineering the whole time. If you want a high-energy game that keeps everyone laughing and on edge, this one’s a must-play.
Peggle with a story. The art style is good. The story element will keep you entertained for hours. You find yourself rooting for the slacker main character and wanting to keep playing to progress the story.
