JR EAST Train Simulator

My favourite train simulator. The experience is amazing, the video and the sounds are really good. The DLC are for me worth the price, especially if you treat it as a simulator and not an arcade game.

Maybe get a ズイキマスコン (zuiki mascon controller) as well This is an incredably niche product. It probably isn't for everyone. It's not really a game, There's no score or points, Its a extremely realistic sim. There are no 3D graphics whatsoever. It's video footage filmed from the cab of real JR East train services. The video speeds up or slows down as the train does. Which is a bit funky when you start to get people and cars moving in slow motion. It also means if you get some of the DLC the game files will start getting massive. (The base game is about 50GB) It feels a bit like a JR East internal training (lol) tool for drivers that they just decided to release to the public. Which is amazing.
