Jotun: Valhalla Edition

Well to begin with, let me just say it is obvious this game was made by modern day feminists, the game doesnt show nor say much, but what it DOES say and show is always to give some female image a good ol's ass kissing. THAT ALONE should tell you the quality of this game. INTO THE GAMEPLAY: It plays like sort of a boss rush while completely forgetting what "rush" means. If you came here expecting to be Kratos or some hackin' and slashin' force, only limitted by your skill and reflexes, you will not be getting any of that. You will fight giants who WILL telegraph their moves and follow patterns BUT, you will be so slow, and the enviroment will hinder your movement so much, you will have to start evassive maneuvres around 5 seconds before the attack is actually launched. ALSO forget about any character porogression (other than some health and very cookie cutter powers) and customization, THIS GAME IS JUST HERE FOR YOU TO LISTEN TO THE PRETTY SOUNDS, LOOK AT THE PRETTY SIGHTS AND PLAY GIRL BOSS What do you have to do before each and every one of those bosses? just travel through empty maps and get the ONE rune from each. Along each one of said empty maps, you will find NO enemies other than some enviromentally dealt damage, what you WILL find is one lame power and on health increasing apple. Let me stress my point, BIG NOTHING BURGER MAPS full of empty spaces and void of any kind of action, for a "be inmune for a second" skill with 2 charges or a "hit harder" with 2 charges. THEN you can enter the boss match. The artstyle is THE ONLY thing i could enjoy, and even that was sometimes too dull In short, just another scam game.

Это одна из лучших экшен игр по теме скандинавской мифологии, в которую я играл.Картинка дарит оргазм твоим глазам, локации сложные, но не душные, каждая из них абсолютно разная, при этом грамотно вплетённая в скандинавский сеттинг! Боссы...Про них и говорить нечего, каждый из них шикарен по отдельности, а вместе они являются лицом данной игры, являясь вишенкой на торте.10/10 и рекомендация от меня.Покупайте не задумываясь:)

Bad, horrible combat.

Amazing game, amazing art, music, scenery, everything. The bosses are engaging and intuitive, and then at the end they put a big stinky turd in front of you and tell you to eat it or you can't finish the game. THe final boss of this game is the least polished, most unfair trashheap I've ever encountered. It's honestly like they hired a guy off Craigslist or Fiverr to make the final boss when compared to the rest of the game. It's not classically difficult, it's not a get gud darksouls situation, Looking online, the main way to beat the final boss of this game is through exploiting or just getting lucky. What were the devs thinking?

Cool game. Really great art style, but not enough to hold my attention for longer than a couple hours.

Cela me réjouit de savoir qu'Odin prépare un festin. Bientôt, je boirai de la bière dans des cornes à boire. Le héro qui entre au Valhalla ne se lamente pas sur sa mort ! Je n'entrerai pas au hall d'Odin avec crainte. Là-bas, j'attendrai que mes fils me rejoignent. Et quand ils le feront, Je savourerai leurs histoires de triomphe. Les Ases vont m'accueillir ! Ma mort arrive sans excuses ! Et j'accueille les Valkyries pour m'amener à la maison !
