Jewel Match Solitaire is a solitaire derived card matching game that seems to have been copied, reskinned + pasted onto Steam several times so the developers can get paid for several times for the same game. After all, game development is all about the money, not creating things of value for gamers. There's a few bells and whistles and different game modes which differentiate this slightly from sol.exe, but not enough to make it worthwhile (in fact some of the gameplay is more annoying than a regular solitaire game, like the way you pull cards out of the match instead of stacking them in neat rows in the top corner). From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. This looks and feels like a mobile app, but I wasn't able to find it on the app stores. Maybe it was removed, maybe it was rejected by Apple and Google (they do have more rigorous quality standards than Valve does for Steam, after all). Regardless, for all intents and purposes this is a mobile app, it has the same limitations and dumbed down qualities. It's impossible to recommend such a game to PC gamers. We don't spend all this money building gaming rigs so we can pretend they're iPhones. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Jewel Match Solitaire has a laughable, eye watering price of $10 USD (yes, TEN BUCKS when you can play better solitaire games on the web and on mobile for free!), for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games, let alone the sheer number of free games available on Steam. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, this is impossible to recommend.

Loving this relaxing game. I got all 16 games in a Bundle on sale. Looking forward to playing them all to the end.

This came in a bundle, I didn't think much of it but decided to try it. I was completely addicted right away. The game is enjoyable, you can use in-game coins to purchase upgraded skills, the boards are unique, plenty of achievements. I highly recommend this game!!!

100% Completion Review I got my steam deck OLED and was trying to back up all my save games from there and this one, where I was maybe halfway, I somehow deleted accidentally. So I booted it up monday night and played through it. Not much to be said here, it's tri peaks solitaire. You can unlock other types of solitaire to just 'play' them, but only the tripeaks allows you to do the main feature of the game, building castles. Theres' something like, 6 castles to build over the course of the game. Each level gives you 2-3 emeralds. I was able to get all the achieveements starting over in about 4 hours. Its just tripeaks solitaire, so nothing complicated, just make sure you get all the cards away to get 3 stars on each level and you'll naturally get the emeralds. Ironically, the three star achievement for 150 levels will take far longer than the castle building achievement for 75 pieces built. The longest achievment for 300 stars gets you to level 167 and... you don't have to play anymore. there's like, 250-300 levels, i dunno, i didn't count them all, but once i got to 167 and unlocked the last achievment, I moved on to the next one, which is exactly the same except you're building more castles and the 3 star achievment requires you to play all 300 levels.

Easy game when I'm relaxing.
