Very exciting! I liked this game.

Loved it!

The game starts a bit slow, with far between choices, but it improves drastically after the first introductory section. The story itself is very good, and the way the story is created is absolutly genious! The love interests seem very boring to begin with, but as the story unfolds, they get far more intriguing. Calix is the only one -I- like of them, but the other two have traits other people might like. And I did not like Calix at all when the game started out, but he has a hidden side well worth uncovering for those whom prefer lovers with a bit more darkness in them. (I wouldn't say he is yandere, but he certantly have some obsessive and posessive qualities, along with a darker side to his personality.) I only dislike that there is no more than two endings, and I wish there was more choices regarding how you feel about a certain King. But that is a minor problem, and may not bother people who are not as vengeful as me. Overall this game is well worth the money, and it took me 9 hours JUST to get to the end, and that was with a lot of fast clicking when I got impatient and wanted to know how things turned out. And if I remember right, the creators are the same as those who made the Demonheart series --which is a pretty good mark of quality right there. Definatly a game worth buying.

I played a ton of visual novels with flashy art, lux UI, and stylish writing... and no amount of this razzle-dazzle makes an excuse for lacking in storyline. This one is kinda the other way around. I enjoyed it simply cus it has this one, the most important thing in focus. Yes, the art here is not very polished, the sound/voiceover is amateurish, and the writing is poorly edited. The story is simple and linear, even corny at times. The two female romance options may feel like an afterthought, but I was interested only in Calix anyway. And I enjoyed it for what it was. Is this a guilty pleasure? Just try for yourself, I dunno.

Good game with a very good story.

Fantastic game! The art is not too my liking, but it grew on me quickly. The backgrounds are utterly gorgeous, too. I was already a fan of Demonheart, so I already went in with high expectations for Jester / King. I was not disappointed! The narrative is tight and the romance with Calix is perfect for my tastes. It's a good time loop game with plenty of deaths, tragic twists and a very satisfying resolution to the whole dilemma. The game would only be better if I could romance Zeno... but oh well, can't have everything, I suppose.

A plot focused VN with a dash of romance. I'm not normally a fan of time looping, but I really liked it in this. Pros -The story is a lot of fun, a unique premise. -The characters feel unique, no troupes. -The flowchart system is great. -The voice acting is amusing, the king is my fave. Cons -The art is a little rough round the edges. -The branching for romance is minimal, a few lines of dialogue couple cgs, and a variation of the ending, more of a common route for the whole game. I really liked it, can't wait for the remake :D

This is a good game if you like finding out secrets and multiple endings.

Thrilling story, great supporting cast, and an amazingly complex protagonist. I do want to add, I wish the flowchart was easier to navigate when redoing decisions and the skip speed were faster. Those are very negligible in the grand scheme of game, though! Completely recommend to all mystery VN lovers.
